Summary

This 2024 Jetour X90 Plus Luxury offers an exceptional balance of modern technology and seven-seat practicality that is rare to find in this segment. The Burgundy exterior is a sophisticated choice that holds its appeal well in the local market, while the GCC specification ensures the air conditioning and cooling systems are optimized for extreme summer temperatures. With its turbocharged 1.6L engine and automatic transmission, it delivers a smooth driving experience suitable for both daily commutes and weekend road trips between emirates. For a buyer looking for a near-new SUV with premium features like a panoramic sunroof and digital cockpit at a significant saving from the original price, this listing represents a strategic opportunity. The X90 Plus has quickly become a favorite in the region for families who prioritize cabin space and modern aesthetics.

This Car vs Other 2024 X90 Pluss

With 78,398 km on the odometer, this vehicle has been actively utilized, reflecting the typical high-mileage highway use common in the GCC where residents frequently commute between cities. While the mileage is higher than the average 20,000–25,000 km annual benchmark, it suggests the vehicle has been primarily used for long-distance driving which is often easier on the engine and transmission than stop-start city traffic. The Burgundy finish is a distinctive and upscale choice that stands out from the common white and silver fleet, offering better individual character for resale.

LUXURY vs Lower Trims

The Luxury trim is a essential step up for GCC owners, most notably adding ventilated front seats which are a vital comfort feature during the peak summer months. It also upgrades the safety and convenience suite with a full 360-degree panoramic camera system, a power tailgate, and an expanded 12.3-inch dual-screen digital cockpit. These additions significantly enhance the premium feel of the cabin compared to the base Comfort trim, making it a much more desirable configuration for the second-hand market.

X90 Plus vs Segment Rivals

The Jetour X90 Plus competes with the Haval H6 and Changan CS95, standing out with its generous 2,850mm wheelbase which provides superior legroom for second and third-row passengers. Its 210mm ground clearance is particularly competitive in this segment, offering better peace of mind when navigating gravel tracks or unpaved parking areas. While rivals often charge extra for premium tech, the X90 Plus includes a panoramic sunroof and Nappa leather-style upholstery as part of its standard Luxury package.

Running Costs & Resale

Real-world fuel consumption for the 1.6L turbocharged engine averages approximately 8.1 L/100km, making it an efficient choice for a seven-seater SUV in GCC traffic conditions. Service intervals are set at every 10,000 km or 6 months, and Jetour’s authorized service network, managed by Elite Motors in the UAE, provides reliable parts availability and factory support. While newer brands can see higher initial depreciation, the X90 Plus is currently benefiting from high demand in the UAE used market, helping it maintain a stable value retention profile compared to other emerging competitors.

Performance & Capability

The 1.6L turbocharged engine produces 197 hp and 290 Nm of torque, providing plenty of power for confident highway overtaking and carrying a full load of seven passengers. The 210 mm ground clearance ensures the vehicle can handle light off-road duties and sandy tracks leading to beach or camping spots. Its All Wheel Drive system adds a layer of stability during rare rain events or on loose gravel surfaces commonly found throughout the Emirates and Oman.

Comfort & Cabin

The cabin is designed for family comfort, featuring a 7-seat layout with flat-folding rear rows that expand the boot space to over 1,000 liters for cargo-heavy trips. The dual 12.3-inch screens create a modern, high-tech atmosphere, while the dedicated rear AC vents ensure all three rows stay cool even when external temperatures exceed 45°C. High-quality materials and ambient lighting give the interior a sophisticated feel that rivals more expensive European crossovers.

Safety

Safety is comprehensive in the Luxury trim, featuring a 360-degree panoramic camera that eliminates blind spots when parking this large SUV. Standard features include Electronic Stability Control (ESC), Tire Pressure Monitoring (TPMS), and a suite of multiple airbags to protect all seven occupants. The inclusion of Lane Departure Warning and Blind Spot Monitoring provides additional confidence during fast-paced highway driving between major GCC cities.

The bottom line

This Jetour X90 Plus Luxury is the perfect match for a large family seeking a modern, feature-packed SUV that handles the GCC climate with ease while offering significant value over a brand-new purchase.
