Summary

This LE Platinum City represents the absolute top-tier of the all-new Y63 generation, offering a massive technological and luxury leap over its predecessors. The white exterior is a prime choice for the GCC market, maximizing heat reflection and ensuring the strongest possible resale value for years to come. With its twin-turbocharged powertrain, it outclasses competitors in pure torque delivery, making it the most effortless highway cruiser in the full-size SUV segment. For a buyer in the region, this is the definitive blend of legendary off-road heritage and modern executive refinement.

This Car vs Other 2026 Patrols

As a current-year model with the high-output twin-turbo V6, this Patrol is in peak mechanical condition for the GCC market. The white paint is highly coveted in the region for its durability against the sun and its status as a top-performing resale color. While many used units may soon appear with higher highway mileage common to the UAE and Saudi Arabia, this example offers a fresh start in the newest generation's lifecycle.

LE PLATINUM CITY vs Lower Trims

The LE Platinum City is the most luxurious trim available, adding significant upgrades over the LE Titanium. It introduces premium quilted leather upholstery with a massage function for the front seats and a sophisticated Biometric Cooling system that detects passenger body temperature to adjust airflow automatically. Furthermore, you gain a 3D Around View Monitor with 'Invisible Hood' technology and a 12-speaker Klipsch audio system that is not found on lower-tier models.

Patrol vs Segment Rivals

The Patrol leads the Toyota Land Cruiser 300 Series and Lexus GX 550 in pure interior volume and second-row legroom, which is a major factor for large families in the GCC. Its 700 Nm of torque provides superior low-end grunt for sand dunes and heavy towing compared to naturally aspirated rivals. Additionally, the standard 14.3-inch dual-screen Monolith display offers a more integrated and modern tech interface than the aging layouts found in some American competitors.

Running Costs & Resale

The 3.5-litre twin-turbo V6 is designed for improved efficiency over the older V8, though GCC stop-start traffic typically sees real-world figures around 14.5 L/100km, dropping to 10.0 L/100km on open highways. Nissan's massive authorized service network across the UAE, Saudi Arabia, and the wider GCC ensures parts are always available and maintenance is straightforward. The Patrol historically enjoys 8-10% annual depreciation, one of the lowest rates in the region, ensuring excellent value retention at the three-year mark.

Performance & Capability

With 425 hp and 700 Nm of torque, this Patrol provides decisive overtaking power on fast-moving UAE highways. The adaptive air suspension allows you to increase ground clearance to approximately 294 mm for serious off-roading or lower the rear for easier loading. It features a full-time 4WD system with a low-range transfer case and eight specific terrain modes, ensuring it remains the king of the desert while maintaining a 3,700 kg braked towing capacity for weekend adventures.

Comfort & Cabin

The 8-seat cabin is a sanctuary from the GCC summer, equipped with powerful tri-zone climate control and ventilated seats that are essential for temperatures above 45°C. The new 'Zero Gravity' seats reduce fatigue during long cross-border drives between emirates. Passengers benefit from a near-flat floor in the third row and a significant increase in cargo space, which measures 577 litres even with all seats occupied, easily accommodating luggage for the whole family.

Safety

This trim features a comprehensive safety suite including the Nissan ProPILOT+ system with adaptive cruise control and lane-keeping assistance for long desert highway journeys. Standard 3D Around View Monitoring with Invisible Hood View is particularly helpful for navigating tight parking spots or identifying obstacles on sandy tracks. The vehicle is also equipped with advanced automatic emergency braking and a full array of airbags to protect all three rows of occupants.

The bottom line

This is the ultimate choice for a GCC buyer who demands the highest level of Nissan luxury and the latest twin-turbo performance without the wait times of a new showroom order.
