• Strong value retention in the GCC used market

Summary

This brand-new 2026 Toyota Hiace DX represents the peak of commercial logistical reliability in the GCC, offering a rare combination of 3.5L V6 power and a robust automatic gearbox. Finished in high-resale White, this van is purpose-built to handle extreme regional heat while maintaining its status as a highly liquid asset for fleet operators. Compared to the standard four-cylinder alternatives, this V6 powertrain provides a significant performance advantage for highway cruising even under full occupancy. The Hiace remains the preferred choice across the UAE and Saudi Arabia due to its unmatched parts availability and the sheer density of its authorized service footprint. For any buyer from Dubai to Riyadh, this listing is a definitive opportunity to secure a zero-kilometer workhorse with proven mechanical durability.

This Car vs Other 2026 Hiaces

As a brand-new 2026 model with zero kilometers, this Hiace bypasses the heavy wear and high mileage typically found in the GCC commercial used market. Its White exterior is the most strategic choice for the region, offering maximum heat reflection and securing the highest possible resale value. While many 2026 units in the market are basic 2.7L variants, this 3.5L V6 version stands out as a more capable and desirable configuration for long-distance transport.

DX vs Lower Trims

The DX trim serves as the essential professional baseline, prioritizing durability and ease of maintenance over the cosmetic frills of the GL. In the GCC, this trim is highly valued by corporate fleet managers for its simplified repair profile and hard-wearing interior materials. It retains critical regional features like high-capacity rear air conditioning vents and stability control, ensuring passenger safety and comfort without the added complexity of high-trim electronics.

Hiace vs Segment Rivals

The Toyota Hiace consistently leads segment rivals like the Nissan Urvan and Hyundai H-1, specifically regarding its 70-liter fuel tank range and V6 engine cooling efficiency during the GCC summer. While competitors may offer lower entry prices, the Hiace commands the segment in terms of residual value and ease of service across borders. Its high-roof design and RWD platform provide a more stable and spacious experience for 9+ passengers compared to road-biased MPV alternatives.

Running Costs & Resale

Fuel consumption for the 3.5L V6 averages approximately 10–12 L/100km, which is competitive for a high-occupancy vehicle in GCC highway conditions. Maintenance is exceptionally straightforward with 10,000 km service intervals and the widest authorized support network in the region, spanning from the UAE to Oman. Historically, the Hiace exhibits one of the lowest depreciation rates in the commercial segment, often retaining over 80% of its value after the first three years of operation.

Performance & Capability

The 278 hp V6 engine delivers a smooth, torque-rich experience that is essential for overtaking on fast-moving highways like the E11. With a top speed of approximately 160 km/h, it maintains effortless composure even when fully loaded with passengers and cargo. The rear-wheel-drive layout and heavy-duty suspension are specifically engineered to handle the varied terrain of the GCC, from urban stop-start traffic to gravel-prone rural routes.

Comfort & Cabin

The cabin is configured for 9+ passengers with a focus on high-roof headroom and industrial-grade fabric upholstery that resists wear. The dual-zone air conditioning system is a standout feature, utilizing dedicated overhead vents to ensure the rear rows remain cool in 45°C temperatures. Large sliding doors provide easy access for shuttle operations, while the insulated cabin helps minimize road and engine noise during long inter-city transfers.

Safety

Standard safety features on this DX trim include Dual Front Airbags and a comprehensive Anti-lock Braking System (ABS) with Brake Assist. It is also equipped with Vehicle Stability Control (VSC) and Hill-Start Assist (HAC), which are vital for maintaining control on sandy or uneven surfaces. The inclusion of a rear-view camera and parking sensors as standard makes navigating tight loading zones and hotel entrances significantly safer for the driver.

The bottom line

Perfect for fleet operators or tourism businesses, this brand-new V6 Hiace is the most reliable high-capacity transport investment currently available in the GCC market.
