Powering the RS6 Avant is a storming twin turbocharged 4.0L V8 engine producing a whopping 560bhp & 700Nm of torque. Oh, and it matches a Ferrari 458 Speciale exactly. Getting up to 0-100kms in just 3.9 seconds. If you calm down, so does the engine, burbling away peacefully and slurring its transmission shifts. The ride is firm but far from hard. And even though. On the inside under the carbon fibre detailing and quilted leather, this is still one of Audi’s nicest cabins, it is still a nice place to be. This is such a useful car.
