Summary

This 2019 Lamborghini Urus represents the definitive high-performance SUV for the GCC, combining supercar physics with family-friendly practicality. Finished in Black—a high-demand resale color in the UAE—it presents a sharp aesthetic that remains the benchmark for the segment. With mileage at 54,250 km, it has been driven approximately 10,800 km per year, which is significantly below the typical GCC annual average of 20,000 km, marking it as a well-preserved example. For the local buyer, the combination of GCC specifications and the proven 4.0L V8 powertrain ensures reliability in extreme summer heat and effortless performance on long Emirates highways. It stands out as a versatile daily driver that loses none of the theatrical soul expected from a Raging Bull.

This Car vs Other 2019 Urus

At 54,250 km, this Urus has covered substantially less distance than the average 2019 model in the UAE, which typically sees over 100,000 km by this age. The Black exterior is one of the most resilient colors for local resale value, offering a timeless appeal that avoids the depreciation traps of more experimental shades. Choosing a GCC-spec model ensures the cooling systems and air conditioning are factory-optimized for the region's 45°C+ summer peaks.

Standard vs Lower Trims

As the foundational trim of the Super SUV line, this model includes the critical performance hardware that defined the Urus, including carbon-ceramic brakes and adaptive air suspension as standard. While later special editions added cosmetic carbon, this standard trim provides the same core 650 hp output and the essential 'Tamburo' drive selector with specialized Neve (Snow), Terra (Off-road), and Sabbia (Sand) modes. It features the premium Bang & Olufsen audio system and ventilated seating, which are highly prioritized features in the secondary market.

Urus vs Segment Rivals

The Urus is significantly more driver-focused than the Bentley Bentayga, offering sharper turn-in and a more aggressive gearbox calibration for highway overtaking. While the Aston Martin DBX focuses on GT-style luxury, the Urus leads with a larger 85-litre fuel tank, providing superior range for long-distance cross-border drives between Dubai, Abu Dhabi, and Riyadh. Its shared platform with VW Group luxury SUVs ensures a level of electronic reliability and cabin tech ergonomics that boutique rivals often struggle to match.

Running Costs & Resale

The Urus requires minor services every 10,000 km or annually, with major overhauls at 20,000 km intervals to maintain peak engine health. Authorized Lamborghini service centers are well-established across major GCC hubs like Dubai, Abu Dhabi, and Riyadh, ensuring parts availability and technician expertise. Real-world fuel consumption averages roughly 16.8 L/100km, though highway cruising at regional speed limits can yield better efficiency. Historically, the Urus maintains one of the strongest value retention profiles in the luxury SUV segment, typically depreciating at a slower rate than its British competitors.

Performance & Capability

A 0–100 km/h time of 3.6 seconds puts this SUV in direct competition with dedicated supercars, powered by 850 Nm of torque available from just 2,250 rpm. The active torque vectoring and four-wheel steering make it feel remarkably agile during high-speed highway maneuvers and tight urban cornering. With a top speed of 305 km/h, it remains one of the fastest production SUVs ever built, while the standard carbon-ceramic brakes provide immense stopping power necessary for regional driving conditions.

Comfort & Cabin

The five-seat cabin is a masterclass in ergonomics, featuring ventilated front seats that are essential for the GCC climate and a multi-zone climate control system that quickly cools the interior after being parked in the sun. Acoustic glass helps isolate the cabin from wind noise during high-speed cruises, while the 616-litre boot provides genuine utility for family road trips or golf weekends. The dual-screen infotainment system provides seamless navigation and connectivity, framed by a mix of high-quality leather and Alcantara finishes.

Safety

Safety is managed by a comprehensive suite of active systems, including Adaptive Cruise Control and Blind Spot Monitoring, which are vital for navigating the fast-moving, multi-lane traffic of the E11 and other major regional arteries. The 4WD system with active roll stabilization ensures the vehicle remains composed during emergency maneuvers or on shifting gravel and sand surfaces. Standard equipment includes a 360-degree camera system and multiple airbags, providing top-tier protection for all five occupants.

The bottom line

This is a prime opportunity for a buyer seeking a low-mileage, GCC-spec Urus in the market's favorite color, offering supercar thrills with the peace of mind of a well-maintained local history.
