Summary

This 2022 BMW M760Li xDrive represents the final chapter of the legendary V12-powered 7 Series, making it a highly significant buy for collectors and luxury enthusiasts alike. With a white exterior that commands high resale interest in the GCC, this executive sedan balances understated elegance with a level of mechanical refinement that rivals Rolls-Royce. The vehicle's mileage is consistent for its four-year age in the local market, where long-distance highway cruising is the norm. For a buyer seeking the pinnacle of German engineering before the industry's shift away from large-displacement engines, this GCC-spec flagship offers an ownership experience that is becoming increasingly rare. It stands as a peerless alternative to the Mercedes-Maybach, focusing on a more driver-centric performance edge without sacrificing rear-cabin opulence.

This Car vs Other 2022 M760Lis

At 82,000 km, this car has seen average usage for a four-year-old vehicle in the GCC, where the typical annual mileage reaches 20,000 to 25,000 km due to inter-emirate travel. The white exterior is the most preferred color for the region, significantly aiding heat management and ensuring the strongest possible value retention at resale. Being one of the final units of the G12 generation, it benefits from the most mature production standards and software updates of its cycle.

xDrive vs Lower Trims

The M760Li xDrive sits above the V8-powered 750Li, adding the prestigious N74 twin-turbocharged V12 engine and M-specific chassis tuning. It features standard Integral Active Steering (rear-wheel steering) for better city maneuverability and Executive Drive Pro with active roll stabilization. Inside, it adds extended Merino leather and a Sky Lounge panoramic glass roof that are often optional on lower trims.

M760Li vs Segment Rivals

While the Mercedes-S-Class focuses on soft isolation, the M760Li leads the segment in power delivery and high-speed stability, thanks to its V12 configuration and rear-biased xDrive system. It offers a larger 78-litre fuel tank, which is essential for non-stop journeys between Dubai and Riyadh. The BMW also features a more intuitive iDrive interface compared to the tech-heavy layouts of newer competitors.

Running Costs & Resale

The V12 powertrain typically averages around 13 L/100km on the highway, though GCC stop-start traffic will see this rise significantly. Authorized BMW service centers are widely available across the UAE, Saudi Arabia, and Kuwait, ensuring that specialist V12 maintenance is always accessible. As a discontinued powertrain, the M760Li is expected to depreciate at a slower rate than standard 7 Series models, as it has now entered a collectible phase for enthusiasts.

Performance & Capability

The 6.6-litre V12 produces 600 hp and 850 Nm of torque, resulting in a 0–100 km/h time of just 3.8 seconds—a figure that challenges many dedicated sports cars. On the long, open highways of the GCC, the M760Li offers effortless overtaking power and remains whisper-quiet at triple-digit speeds. The intelligent xDrive system and air suspension work in tandem to provide a magic carpet ride that remains composed even during sudden maneuvers.

Comfort & Cabin

This flagship is designed for ultimate GCC summer comfort, featuring multi-zone climate control with powerful cooling capacity and ventilated seats for all passengers. The rear cabin is a true executive suite with power-adjustable massaging seats and ample legroom for five adults. Superior acoustic glazing ensures the interior remains a silent sanctuary, insulated from both high-speed wind noise and external desert heat.

Safety

Standard safety includes the Driving Assistant Professional suite, featuring Active Cruise Control with Stop & Go and Lane Keeping Assistant, which are vital for long desert highway drives. The 360° surround-view camera makes parking this long-wheelbase sedan effortless in tight city spaces. Blind-spot monitoring and front collision mitigation provide additional layers of security in the fast-paced traffic environments of Dubai and Riyadh.

The bottom line

For the executive who demands the rarity of a V12 and the reliability of a GCC-spec BMW, this white M760Li is a prime opportunity to own a modern classic at a fraction of its original cost.
