Summary

This 2023 Bentley Bentayga Azure represents a sophisticated choice for the GCC market, offering a mileage that is well below the regional annual average of 25,000 km. As an Azure trim, it prioritizes occupant well-being with a specialized focus on ride comfort and cabin tranquility, making it a superior long-distance cruiser compared to the more aggressive S or Speed variants. The classic Black exterior remains the strongest resale color in the UAE and wider GCC, ensuring excellent value retention and desirability. For the discerning buyer, this European-spec V8 offers the perfect balance of hand-built British luxury and effortless performance for the region's fast-moving highways.

This Car vs Other 2023 Bentaygas

With 37,000 km on the odometer, this vehicle has been driven significantly less than the typical 50,000 km expected for a two-year-old car in the GCC. The Black exterior is the premier choice for local resale, consistently outperforming lighter or more niche shades in the secondary market. This specific example offers a clean, well-maintained history that aligns perfectly with the expectations for a modern ultra-luxury SUV.

AZURE vs Lower Trims

The Azure trim sits above the standard Bentayga, adding high-value features such as the Front Seat Comfort Specification with 22-way power adjustment, heating, and ventilation—essential for the GCC summer. It also includes the Touring Specification as standard, providing a Head-Up Display and Adaptive Cruise Control, alongside unique 22-inch wheels and bright chrome exterior detailing that distinguishes it from the base model.

Bentayga vs Segment Rivals

When compared to the Lamborghini Urus or the Rolls-Royce Cullinan, the Bentayga Azure occupies the sweet spot of usable luxury and daily drivability. Its 85-litre fuel tank provides a superior cruising range for long trips between Emirates, while the Bentley Dynamic Ride system offers a more refined, vibration-free cabin experience than the performance-oriented Urus. The inclusion of all-wheel steering as standard on this 2023 model provides a tighter turning circle than many of its full-sized luxury rivals.

Running Costs & Resale

The 4.0L V8 features cylinder deactivation, allowing it to run as a V4 during light-load highway cruising to achieve a combined fuel economy of approximately 13.0L/100km. Service intervals are typically scheduled every 16,000 km or 12 months, and Bentley has a robust authorized service network across major GCC cities including Dubai, Abu Dhabi, and Riyadh. As a European-spec vehicle in the UAE, it benefits from a highly desirable configuration, though buyers should note that value retention is best supported by maintaining a consistent service history at recognized specialists.

Performance & Capability

Despite its focus on comfort, the V8 powertrain delivers a massive 770 Nm of torque, enabling effortless overtaking at highway speeds and a top speed of 290 km/h. The permanent four-wheel-drive system and adjustable air suspension provide the versatility needed for diverse GCC terrains, from urban commutes to light gravel surfaces. The 2023 Azure specifically benefits from all-wheel steering, which enhances stability during high-speed lane changes on the E11 and improves maneuverability in tight city parking.

Comfort & Cabin

Inside, the Azure cabin is designed for 'well-being,' featuring acoustic side glass to isolate passengers from road noise and extreme heat. The five-seat configuration provides ample legroom for all passengers, supported by multi-zone climate control with dedicated rear vents that are highly effective in regional temperatures. Fine wood veneers and hand-stitched leather surfaces create an atmosphere of traditional British luxury that remains cool and comfortable even during the peak of summer.

Safety

This Azure comes equipped with a comprehensive ADAS suite, including a 360-degree camera system and Park Assist for stress-free navigation of busy urban centers. Standard safety features include Night Vision, Blind Spot Assist, and a Head-Up Display, which keep the driver's focus on the road during long desert drives. The robust Four-Wheel Drive system ensures maximum traction and stability on both wet tarmac and sandy road shoulders.

The bottom line

This low-mileage Azure is the ideal acquisition for a buyer seeking the ultimate in SUV refinement and GCC-ready comfort features without the steep initial depreciation of a brand-new showroom model.
