Jetour T2 LUX

Highlights

• 254 hp and 390 Nm of torque
• 220 mm minimum ground clearance
• 12-speaker Sony audio system standard

Summary

This one-year-old Jetour T2 LUX offers a compelling alternative to traditional 4x4s, blending aggressive styling with a high-specification interior that punches well above its weight. With 30,800 km on the clock, it has been driven slightly above the GCC annual average, yet remains firmly within its comprehensive factory warranty period, which is a major trust signal for local buyers. The Black exterior is a perennially strong resale choice in the UAE, maintaining its appeal and value far better than niche colors. For a GCC buyer, the standout feature is the 2.0-liter turbo engine paired with the BorgWarner 4WD system, providing the necessary grunt for confident highway overtaking and light desert adventures. This listing represents a prime opportunity to own a tech-heavy, rugged SUV while the manufacturer's long-term powertrain support is still in full effect.

This Car vs Other 2025 T2s

At 30,800 km, this T2 has been utilized as a reliable daily driver, slightly exceeding the typical 20,000–25,000 km GCC annual average. While higher-mileage examples often see a price drop, this car's value is anchored by its GCC regional specification and the desirable Black paint, which remains a top-three resale color in the local market. It serves as a mechanically proven unit that has already navigated its initial break-in period under local climate conditions.

LUX vs Lower Trims

The LUX trim is a significant step up from the base Comfort variant, adding the premium features that GCC buyers specifically look for at resale. It upgrades the cabin with the 12-speaker Sony premium audio system and ventilated front seats, which are essential for maintaining comfort during the peak UAE summer. Additionally, the LUX trim includes the full ADAS safety suite and the larger 20-inch alloy wheels, giving it a much more commanding road presence.

T2 vs Segment Rivals

The Jetour T2 is frequently cross-shopped against the GWM Tank 300 and the Ford Bronco Sport. While the Tank 300 offers a ladder-frame setup for heavier off-roading, the T2 leads in on-road refinement and cabin technology, featuring a massive 15.6-inch infotainment screen that rivals lack. Its unibody construction provides a smoother ride on the E11 and SZR highways compared to the more agricultural feel of its body-on-frame competitors.

Running Costs & Resale

Real-world fuel consumption for the 2.0T engine typically averages between 9–11 L/100km, depending on your split between stop-start city traffic and long-distance cruising. Service intervals are generally set at 10,000 km, with a growing network of authorized service centers across the UAE and KSA ensuring parts availability. While Chinese SUVs traditionally face steeper depreciation than Japanese rivals, the T2's transferable 10-year powertrain warranty provides a unique safety net that helps bolster its second-hand value.

Performance & Capability

The 2.0-liter turbocharged engine delivers 254 hp, enabling a 0–100 km/h sprint in approximately 8.2 seconds, which is more than enough for merging into fast-moving UAE traffic. Its BorgWarner intelligent 4WD system features seven selectable driving modes, including specific settings for sand and mud, making it highly capable for weekend trips to Mleiha or the Al Qudra lakes. With 220 mm of ground clearance and a 700 mm wading depth, it handles graded desert tracks and sudden wadi rains with ease.

Comfort & Cabin

The cabin is designed for the GCC climate, featuring a powerful air conditioning system with dedicated rear vents and ventilated leatherette seats to mitigate heat buildup. The 15.6-inch central display is powered by the Snapdragon 8155 chip, ensuring a lag-free experience when using wireless Apple CarPlay or navigation. Acoustic glass and a panoramic sunroof create a bright yet quiet environment, making long drives between Abu Dhabi and Dubai feel remarkably short.

Safety

This LUX trim is equipped with a comprehensive safety suite, including a 360-degree panoramic camera system that is invaluable for parking in tight urban spots. Standard active safety features include Adaptive Cruise Control for long highway stints, Lane Keep Assist, and Blind Spot Monitoring, which is vital for the multi-lane highway environment of the GCC. It also features a full array of front, side, and curtain airbags, providing high-level passive protection for all five occupants.

The bottom line

For the buyer who wants the rugged look of a premium off-roader without the premium price tag, this 2025 Jetour T2 LUX is a smart, tech-forward choice. It offers the perfect balance of daily highway comfort and weekend capability, backed by one of the best warranty packages in the region.
