Summary

This 2025 Jetour T2 Luxury Plus is a compelling choice in the GCC used market, offering a rugged, Defender-inspired aesthetic with the high-spec features of a modern crossover. With a black exterior—a high-demand resale color in the region—and mileage that aligns perfectly with a single year of typical GCC highway driving, it remains in its prime window for value retention. As the range-topping Luxury Plus trim, it delivers a tech-heavy cabin that rivals premium European SUVs but with a significantly more accessible ownership cost. This model has quickly become a standout in Dubai and Riyadh for its balance of bold styling and daily urban practicality. For the GCC buyer, it represents the modern shift toward feature-rich Chinese SUVs that handle both fast-moving emirate highways and weekend desert escapes with ease.

This Car vs Other 2025 Jetour T2s

With 56,668 km on the odometer, this T2 has been driven consistently across the GCC's expansive highway network, where annual averages often reach 25,000 km. Its black exterior is one of the most resilient colors for resale in the local market, ensuring it stays desirable when you eventually decide to upgrade. Compared to other 2025 models, this unit benefits from being the high-specification Luxury Plus, which carries a stronger residual value than entry-level trims.

LUXURY PLUS vs Lower Trims

The Luxury Plus trim elevates the T2 experience with essential GCC comforts not found on lower tiers, including ventilated front seats and an upgraded 12-speaker Sony audio system. You also benefit from a comprehensive Level 2 ADAS suite and a 540-degree panoramic camera system, which makes navigating tight urban parking and off-road trails significantly easier than in the Comfort trim. Additional exterior enhancements like larger 20-inch alloy wheels and the panoramic sunroof provide a premium aesthetic that defines the top-of-the-range model.

T2 vs Segment Rivals

The Jetour T2 competes directly with the GWM Tank 300 and the BAIC B30 in the growing 'boxy-crossover' segment. It leads the class in cabin technology, specifically with its massive 15.6-inch Snapdragon-powered screen and a more refined, road-biased ride compared to the ladder-frame Tank 300. While rivals focus on heavy-duty hardware, the T2 offers superior interior volume and a wider body, providing better shoulder room for family trips across the emirates.

Running Costs & Resale

Real-world fuel consumption for the 2.0-liter turbo engine averages between 9.5 and 11 L/100km, making it a predictable performer for long-distance cruising on Super 98 or Special 95. Jetour has established a strong presence in the UAE and Saudi Arabia with dedicated service centers in major cities like Dubai and Riyadh, ensuring parts and maintenance are readily available. The brand’s industry-leading 10-year engine warranty (subject to local dealer terms) provides a unique safety net that helps mitigate the typical depreciation seen in newer brands.

Performance & Capability

Equipped with the XWD intelligent all-wheel-drive system and BorgWarner’s sixth-generation torque manager, the T2 is designed for impressive stability at high highway speeds. Its 220 mm ground clearance and specialized driving modes—including Sand, Mud, and Rock—allow it to handle gravel tracks and desert wadis that would stop a standard sedan. The 254 hp output ensures effortless overtaking on the E11, while the 7-speed dual-clutch transmission provides smooth shifts during stop-start city traffic.

Comfort & Cabin

The cabin is tailored for the harsh GCC summer, featuring powerful dual-zone climate control with dedicated vents for the second row and essential ventilated seats to keep you cool. The interior layout is spacious for five adults, with soft-touch materials and 64-color ambient lighting that creates a high-end atmosphere for evening drives. Sound insulation is notable for the segment, providing a quiet environment even at highway speeds, further enhanced by the premium Sony audio setup.

Safety

Safety is a priority in the Luxury Plus trim, which includes a full suite of six airbags and advanced active systems like Lane Keeping Assist, Adaptive Cruise Control, and Forward Collision Warning. These features are particularly useful on long desert highway stretches, helping to reduce driver fatigue. The 540-degree camera provides a 'transparent chassis' view, allowing you to see obstacles directly beneath the vehicle, which is a significant advantage when maneuvering through tricky terrain or high-curb urban areas.

The bottom line

For the buyer who wants the rugged look of a premium off-roader with the smart technology of a modern luxury SUV, this high-spec T2 is the market's most stylish value proposition.
