Summary

This 2025 Nissan Patrol SE Platinum City is a standout choice for GCC buyers looking for the latest generation of a regional legend with exceptionally low mileage. At just one year old and having covered only 24,000 km, it offers a nearly-new experience while finished in high-demand white for maximum resale strength. The 3.8L V6 provides a modern balance of power and efficiency, making it perfectly suited for daily Dubai commutes or long highway drives to Riyadh. This top-tier SE trim bridges the gap between rugged capability and executive luxury, featuring a refined interior that handles the desert heat with ease. For anyone moving from the previous generation, the massive tech jump and improved fuel economy represent a significant ownership upgrade.

This Car vs Other 2025 Patrols

With just 24,000 km on the clock, this Patrol is significantly below the average GCC annual usage of 20,000–25,000 km, positioning it as a prime specimen in the used market. Its white exterior is the most preferred color in the region, ensuring it will attract the highest number of buyers and retain its value better than darker alternatives. Choosing a one-year-old GCC-spec model provides the security of the balance of the manufacturer's warranty and service contract.

SE PLATINUM CITY vs Lower Trims

The SE Platinum City is the range-topping variant for the 3.8L engine, adding premium features that the Titanium and XE trims lack. You get genuine quilted leather upholstery with massage functions for the front seats, a sophisticated Head-Up Display, and the advanced 12-speaker Klipsch premium audio system. It also introduces 'Biometric Cooling' which uses infrared sensors to detect passenger body temperatures and adjust the air conditioning automatically—a game-changer for GCC summers.

Patrol vs Segment Rivals

The Patrol leads rivals like the Toyota Land Cruiser 300 and Chevrolet Tahoe in terms of interior tech integration, specifically with its massive 14.3-inch dual Monolith displays. While competitors focus heavily on utility, the Patrol maintains a larger 98-liter fuel tank for extended range on long desert crossings. Its cabin insulation is widely regarded as class-leading, providing a quieter executive-level experience on the high-speed multi-lane highways common in the UAE and Saudi Arabia.

Running Costs & Resale

The 3.8L V6 is significantly more efficient than the outgoing V8, returning a verified 9.5 km/L (approx. 10.5L/100km) on combined cycles. In the GCC, Nissan's authorized service network is one of the most extensive, spanning the UAE, Saudi Arabia, and Kuwait, ensuring parts are always accessible. The Patrol traditionally enjoys some of the lowest depreciation rates in the region, typically losing only 8–12% annually, far outperforming European luxury SUV rivals.

Performance & Capability

Producing 316 hp and 386 Nm of torque, the 3.8L V6 provides smooth, linear acceleration ideal for highway overtaking and navigating city traffic. The all-new 9-speed automatic transmission delivers crisp shifts that optimize both power delivery and fuel economy. For the weekend adventurer, the selectable drive modes—including Sand, Mud, and Rock—pair with a mechanical rear differential lock to ensure legendary off-road performance in the dunes.

Comfort & Cabin

The 8-seat configuration is designed for large families, featuring a genuinely usable third row and ventilated front seats that are essential for the local climate. The cabin is wrapped in premium materials with 64-color ambient lighting and a panoramic sunroof that enhances the sense of space. Tri-zone climate control ensures that even passengers in the far rear remain cool during peak summer drives across the Emirates.

Safety

This trim comes standard with the full Nissan ProPILOT suite, including Predictive Forward Collision Warning and 3D Around View Monitoring for effortless parking. Active safety features like Blind Spot Intervention and Lane Departure Prevention are particularly valuable for fast-moving highway traffic. The vehicle is also equipped with a comprehensive 7-airbag system, providing top-tier protection for all eight occupants.

The bottom line

This is the perfect opportunity for a family or executive buyer to secure the latest-generation Patrol in its most desirable color and trim without the wait-list of a brand-new car. Its low mileage and GCC-spec status make it a low-risk, high-reward investment for long-term ownership in the Gulf.
