Summary

This 2025 Rolls-Royce Cullinan Black Badge represents the absolute peak of the ultra-luxury SUV segment, featuring the highly sought-after Series II design updates. With just 50 km on the odometer, this vehicle is essentially brand new, offering a significant advantage over typical GCC examples that often see high highway mileage between Emirates. The Black Diamond exterior over a bespoke interior is the most resilient color combination for resale in the local market, ensuring long-term value retention. As a Black Badge edition, it delivers a more potent 600 hp output and a sharper, more assertive presence than the standard model. For the discerning buyer in the UAE or wider GCC, this is a rare opportunity to bypass long waiting lists for a perfectly specced, delivery-mileage Series II icon.

This Car vs Other 2025 Cullinans

While the average 1-year-old luxury SUV in the GCC typically covers 20,000 km, this Cullinan has traveled just 50 km, effectively making it a fresh delivery. The Black-on-Black configuration is the gold standard for resale in the UAE and Saudi Arabian markets, consistently commanding faster turnaround times and higher premiums than experimental palettes. As a Series II model, it features the updated L-shaped LED signatures and the latest Spirit infotainment interface, making it significantly more modern than early 2025 pre-facelift units.

Black Badge vs Lower Trims

The Black Badge trim is a comprehensive mechanical and aesthetic upgrade, increasing the V12's output to 600 hp and 900 Nm of torque for effortless overtaking on fast-moving GCC highways. Beyond the darkened chrome and Technical Carbon fiber interior, it adds a sportier exhaust note and a more responsive air suspension calibration that reduces body roll without sacrificing the 'Magic Carpet Ride.' This specific car features the four-seat Individual Seat configuration, which includes a fixed rear center console with a dedicated cooling bin and champagne flute storage.

Cullinan vs Segment Rivals

The Cullinan leads the ultra-luxury SUV class with its unique Architecture of Luxury aluminum spaceframe, providing a level of cabin isolation that the Bentley Bentayga and Lamborghini Urus cannot match. Its 90-liter fuel tank is specifically suited for long-distance cross-border drives across the GCC, offering superior touring range compared to performance-focused rivals. While competitors lean toward sportiness, the Cullinan provides the most usable rear-seat legroom and the iconic coach doors for unmatched entry and egress elegance.

Running Costs & Resale

Real-world fuel consumption for the Black Badge V12 averages approximately 16.5 L/100km, though this reflects the high-displacement engine's requirement for 98-octane fuel commonly available at stations across the UAE. Service intervals are condition-based but typically fall every 12,000 km, with authorized service centers located in every major GCC capital ensuring seamless maintenance. The Cullinan maintains one of the strongest residual values in the luxury sector, typically retaining roughly 80-82% of its value after three years in the GCC market.

Performance & Capability

The hand-built 6.75L V12 enables this 2.7-ton SUV to reach 100 km/h in just 4.9 seconds, providing smooth, linear power that is ideal for the UAE's fast-paced highway environment. The advanced self-leveling air suspension uses a stereo camera system to scan the road ahead, proactively adjusting for undulations to maintain perfect composure. Despite its luxury focus, the 'Everywhere' mode button allows the Cullinan to navigate sand and gravel tracks with 540mm of wading depth and a sophisticated all-wheel-drive system.

Comfort & Cabin

The interior is a sanctuary against the GCC summer, featuring four-zone climate control and ventilated massage seats for all occupants. The Starlight Headliner and Bespoke Audio system transform the cabin into a private lounge, while thick acoustic glazing ensures total silence even at 140 km/h. The Individual Seat layout provides rear passengers with private entertainment screens and a central refrigerator, making it the premier choice for chauffeur-driven use in the region.

Safety

This Black Badge comes equipped with a comprehensive ADAS suite, including Night Vision with pedestrian detection, which is invaluable for unlit desert road stretches. Standard safety features include a 360-degree camera system with a 3D park view, Active Cruise Control with Stop & Go for heavy Dubai traffic, and Lane Departure Warning. The vehicle's massive footprint and robust aluminum structure are complemented by multiple airbags, providing one of the highest levels of passive protection in the SUV segment.

The bottom line

For the executive who demands the highest level of presence and performance, this delivery-mileage Black Badge Series II is the most prestigious SUV currently available in the GCC market.
