Summary

This 2025 Rolls Royce Cullinan BLACK BADGE represents a rare opportunity to acquire a nearly-new example of the most powerful and exclusive SUV ever conceived, with mileage that sits significantly below the GCC annual average. Finished in White, the most sought-after resale color in the Middle East, this vehicle is perfectly suited for the regional climate and maintains its value better than almost any other luxury asset. While the standard Cullinan is a statement of grace, the BLACK BADGE trim introduces a more aggressive, high-performance character that resonates deeply with the bold driving culture of the UAE and Saudi Arabia. It stands alone in a segment it essentially created, offering a level of bespoke craftsmanship that competitors from Bentley or Lamborghini cannot match. For a GCC buyer, this specific listing offers the security of a regional specification car with the immediate availability that avoids the lengthy wait times typically associated with ordering a new BLACK BADGE. It is a vehicle designed for those who require the ultimate in presence for both city commuting and cross-border GCC road trips.

This Car vs Other 2025 Cullinans

With just 10643 km on the odometer, this vehicle has covered less than half the typical annual distance driven by luxury SUV owners in the GCC, who usually average between 20,000 and 25,000 km. This extremely low usage ensures that the mechanical components, specifically the air suspension and cooling systems, remain in pristine, near-factory condition. The choice of a White exterior is a significant advantage in the local market, as it reflects the intense summer heat more effectively than darker shades and remains the highest-demand color for resale across Dubai and Abu Dhabi. Finding a 2025 model in this configuration outside of a showroom floor is rare, making this a highly competitive entry in the current pre-owned market. It bridges the gap between a new delivery and a used car, offering the 'fresh' experience without the initial depreciation hit or the multi-month production queue. Every detail of this specific car suggests it was maintained as a primary luxury asset rather than a high-use daily driver.

BLACK BADGE vs Lower Trims

Choosing the BLACK BADGE over the standard Cullinan is a decision that impacts both performance and social prestige in the GCC. This trim unlocks an additional 29 horsepower and 50 Nm of torque from the massive 6.8-liter V12, providing a more effortless surge of power when overtaking on high-speed highways like the E11. Beyond the engine, the BLACK BADGE features a more assertive aesthetic, replacing traditional chrome with high-gloss black accents and introducing the iconic 'Infinity' symbol into the cabin architecture. The exhaust system is also tuned for a deeper, more resonant note, providing a subtle auditory reminder of the V12's capability. Inside, the technical carbon fiber veneer—inspired by aerospace grade materials—is exclusive to this trim and provides a modern contrast to the traditional leatherwork. For local buyers, the BLACK BADGE is the definitive version of the model, holding its value more robustly and attracting more interest in the secondary market due to its higher specification and exclusivity.

Cullinan vs Segment Rivals

The Cullinan competes in an ultra-luxury tier where its primary rivals are the Bentley Bentayga and the Lamborghini Urus, yet it leads them both in sheer road presence and ride quality. While the Urus focuses on track-like agility and the Bentayga on traditional British luxury, the Rolls Royce is the only one to offer the 'Magic Carpet Ride' which is essential for the long, straight desert roads of the UAE. Its 6.8-liter V12 is a more substantial and effortless power plant than the V8s found in most competitors, providing a sense of unlimited torque that is perfectly suited for the region's driving style. The coach doors are a unique feature that no rival can claim, offering a level of rear-seat ingress and egress that defines the chauffeur-driven experience. Additionally, the cabin insulation in this model is vastly superior to its rivals, ensuring a silent environment even when battling the wind noise of a 140 km/h highway cruise. It offers a level of material quality where every surface is either leather, wood, or metal, avoiding the plastics often found in lower-tier luxury SUVs.

Running Costs & Resale

Owning a Rolls Royce in the GCC is supported by a very strong and professional service network, with dedicated centers in major hubs like Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Riyadh, and Doha. This GCC-spec car ensures that you have full access to regional warranties and service packages which are vital for maintaining the vehicle's long-term value. While the V12 engine requires premium fuel and delivers fuel economy reflective of its 591 horsepower, the large fuel tank ensures a substantial range for trips between Emirates. Service intervals are typically once a year or every 15,000 km, and while costs are higher than standard premium brands, they are predictable and managed by world-class technicians. Historically, the BLACK BADGE trim experiences the lowest depreciation in the ultra-luxury SUV segment, often retaining significantly more of its value after three years compared to its Italian or German counterparts. White cars specifically move 20% faster on the used market in the UAE, providing you with a clear exit strategy should you choose to upgrade in the future.

Performance & Capability

The heart of this vehicle is the 6.8-liter V12 hand-built engine, producing 591 horsepower and an immense 900 Nm of torque. This power is delivered through an All-Wheel Drive system that has been specifically engineered to handle more than just tarmac; the 'Everywhere' button optimizes the car's systems for sand, gravel, and mud. For the GCC owner, this means the car is perfectly capable of navigating soft sand tracks leading to a desert estate or handling a sudden rainstorm with total composure. The 0-100 km/h sprint is achieved with a lack of drama that belies its speed, making it one of the most relaxing ways to travel quickly. The air suspension system monitors the road ahead millions of times per second, adjusting for every imperfection to maintain a level cabin. Even with its massive 12-cylinder engine, the cooling system is designed to operate at peak efficiency in 50°C summer heat, ensuring that performance never wavers during the hottest months of the year. It is a vehicle that feels as planted and secure at 160 km/h as it does at a standstill.

Comfort & Cabin

This Cullinan features the highly desirable 4-seat configuration, which replaces the middle rear seat with a fixed center console, providing the ultimate 'Individual Seat' experience. This console houses a refrigerator, champagne flute holders, and the controls for the rear-seat massage functions, making it the perfect environment for executive transport. The air conditioning system is arguably the most powerful in the automotive world, capable of cooling the large cabin to a crisp temperature within minutes of starting, a necessity for the GCC climate. Every seat is ventilated and heated, ensuring comfort regardless of the season. The Bespoke Audio system is a masterpiece of engineering, using the car's chassis as a resonance chamber to provide a studio-quality listening experience. The cabin is further enhanced by the iconic Starlight Headliner, which creates an incredible ambiance during night drives through the neon-lit streets of Dubai. Thick lambswool floor mats and double-glazed windows provide an acoustic sanctuary, isolating passengers from the noise of construction or heavy city traffic.

Safety

Safety in a Rolls Royce is comprehensive, utilizing a suite of advanced driver assistance systems (ADAS) that are particularly useful on the GCC's fast-moving multi-lane highways. The Night Vision camera is a standout feature, capable of detecting pedestrians or large animals on unlit desert roads long before they are visible to the naked eye. Adaptive Cruise Control with stop-and-go functionality makes the heavy traffic of the Sheikh Zayed Road far less taxing, while the 360-degree camera system with 'helicopter view' is essential for maneuvering this large SUV in tight city parking. Active roll stabilization and four-wheel steering work behind the scenes to keep the vehicle stable during sudden lane changes or emergency maneuvers. The car also features a robust suite of passive safety elements, including a reinforced aluminum spaceframe that provides exceptional crash protection. Every safety feature is designed to intervene subtly, ensuring that the driver remains in control while being supported by the most sophisticated technology available.

The bottom line

For the discerning buyer in the GCC, this 2025 Rolls Royce Cullinan BLACK BADGE is the ultimate expression of modern luxury, offering immediate ownership of a low-mileage, high-spec icon. It is the perfect choice for someone who demands the presence of a BLACK BADGE with the reliability and resale security of a GCC-spec, white exterior vehicle.
