Summary

This 2025 Rolls Royce Cullinan Black Badge represents the absolute peak of the luxury SUV segment, currently showing exceptionally low mileage for a vehicle in the GCC market. As a Black Badge Series II model, it carries the aggressive darkened aesthetic and enhanced performance tuning that local buyers prize for its street presence and resale strength. The black exterior is the most sought-after color for high-end luxury vehicles in the UAE and Saudi Arabia, ensuring this remains a highly liquid asset. Driving a Cullinan in the GCC means experiencing unparalleled cabin isolation from the desert heat and a ride quality that turns long inter-city highway drives into effortless journeys. For a serious collector or executive, this nearly-new example offers the immediate availability that bespoke orders usually lack.

This Car vs Other 2025 Cullinans

With just 3,288 km on the odometer, this vehicle is essentially in showroom condition, far below the typical 20,000 km annual average for luxury SUVs in the UAE. The Black Badge trim commands a significant premium over standard models in the local used market due to its exclusive 23-inch forged wheels and increased power. Its black-on-black configuration is a top-tier resale combination in the GCC, offering the strongest value retention for future trade-ins.

Black Badge vs Lower Trims

The Black Badge trim is the 'alter ego' of the standard Cullinan, adding a high-gloss black Pantheon grille and the iconic black chrome Spirit of Ecstasy. Inside, it features a unique Technical Carbon veneer and a more potent version of the V12 engine for sharper responses. Crucially for the GCC, it includes the full suite of bespoke cabin tech, including the Starlight Headliner and the updated Series II digital interface as standard.

Cullinan vs Segment Rivals

While the Bentley Bentayga and Range Rover SV offer luxury, the Cullinan sits in a higher class of refinement with its 'Magic Carpet Ride' air suspension. It offers a massive 100-litre fuel tank, providing superior range for long-distance desert highway travel compared to smaller-capacity rivals. The Cullinan’s presence and brand equity in the GCC remain unmatched, consistently leading the ultra-luxury SUV segment in both prestige and cabin volume.

Running Costs & Resale

Real-world fuel consumption averages between 16.3 and 16.9 L/100km on the WLTP cycle, though city driving in heavy GCC traffic will see higher figures. As a GCC-spec vehicle, it benefits from a comprehensive authorized service network across Dubai, Riyadh, and Kuwait, which is vital for maintaining the manufacturer warranty. Rolls-Royce vehicles typically retain 70-75% of their value over the first three years in the UAE market, significantly outperforming mass-market luxury brands.

Performance & Capability

The 6.75L V12 delivers 563 horsepower with an effortless 850 Nm of torque, enabling a 0–100 km/h sprint in just 5.2 seconds despite its significant presence. The All-Wheel Drive system is paired with All-Wheel Steering, making the vehicle surprisingly maneuverable in tight city environments like Downtown Dubai. On the highway, the governed top speed of 250 km/h is reached with total serenity, maintaining a whisper-quiet cabin even at high cruising speeds.

Comfort & Cabin

The five-seat cabin is a sanctuary, featuring multi-zone climate control and ventilated seating designed to counteract the extreme GCC summer. The Series II interior includes the new full-width glass fascia and the Spirit of Ecstasy Clock Cabinet, reflecting the latest in British craftsmanship. Acoustic glass and thick insulation provide industry-leading protection against road noise and external heat, ensuring a cool, private environment for all passengers.

Safety

Safety is managed by an advanced ADAS suite including Night Vision with pedestrian detection, which is particularly useful for low-visibility desert driving. Standard features include a 360-degree surround-view camera system, adaptive cruise control, and active lane-keep assist for long-distance highway safety. The vehicle's architecture of luxury provides a robust frame, supported by a comprehensive array of front, side, and curtain airbags to protect all occupants.

The bottom line

This is a rare opportunity to acquire a range-topping 2025 Black Badge with delivery mileage, avoiding the long wait times for a bespoke commission while securing the highest resale spec available in the GCC.
