Summary

This 2025 Rolls-Royce Cullinan Black Badge represents the absolute peak of the luxury SUV market, offering a level of exclusivity and presence that rivals like the Bentley Bentayga cannot match. With only 17,085 km, this vehicle is barely broken in by GCC standards, where annual mileages typically reach 25,000 km. The Black Badge trim is the most desirable version in the UAE, providing a significant performance bump and a modern, de-chromed aesthetic that holds its value exceptionally well locally. Finished in white—the strongest resale color in the Middle East—it ensures maximum visibility and heat reflection for the regional climate. Ownership of a V12 Cullinan is a statement of peerless engineering and status, backed by an extensive authorized service network across all major GCC cities.

This Car vs Other 2025 Cullinans

With just 17,085 km on the odometer, this example sits well below the typical 20,000–25,000 km yearly average for luxury vehicles in the GCC. The white exterior is a strategic advantage in the local market, as it is the most sought-after color for resale value and thermal management during the summer months. Choosing a Black Badge over the base model ensures you are driving the most potent and exclusive iteration of the 2025 lineup.

BLACK BADGE vs Lower Trims

The Black Badge trim is a comprehensive upgrade over the standard Cullinan, adding a high-gloss black Spirit of Ecstasy, darkened chrome exterior accents, and exclusive 23-inch forged wheels. Inside, it introduces Technical Carbon veneer—a masterpiece of 23 layers of carbon fiber—and a re-tuned V12 that produces higher torque for more immediate power delivery. For GCC buyers, the Black Badge also signifies a more aggressive, contemporary road presence that is highly valued at luxury social venues.

Cullinan vs Segment Rivals

While the Bentley Bentayga and Lamborghini Urus offer high performance, neither can match the 'Magic Carpet Ride' air suspension or the sheer cabin silence of the Cullinan. The Rolls-Royce leads the segment in rear-passenger legroom and total customizability, making it the preferred choice for those who value a chauffeur-driven experience alongside SUV versatility. Its 100-liter fuel tank also provides superior range for long-distance cruising between Abu Dhabi, Dubai, and Riyadh.

Running Costs & Resale

Real-world fuel consumption averages approximately 16.0–16.8 L/100km on a combined cycle, though city driving in stop-start traffic will see this increase significantly. As a GCC-spec vehicle, it benefits from full service support and warranty validity at authorized centers like AGMC and Abu Dhabi Motors, which is a major factor in maintaining its 70-75% value retention over three years. Rolls-Royce vehicles typically follow a condition-based service schedule, but in the extreme UAE heat, annual preventative maintenance is standard practice to preserve the V12's longevity.

Performance & Capability

The 6.75-liter twin-turbo V12 delivers 563 horsepower with an effortless 850 Nm of torque, allowing this 2.7-ton masterpiece to reach 100 km/h in just 5.2 seconds. The 'Everywhere' button activates a specialized off-road mode that adjusts the air suspension to its maximum height, providing the ground clearance needed for gravel tracks or desert excursions. The all-wheel-drive system and four-wheel steering make it surprisingly maneuverable on narrow city streets despite its imposing 5.3-meter length.

Comfort & Cabin

The cabin is a sanctuary of hand-stitched leather and acoustic glass designed to isolate occupants from the 50°C GCC summer heat. Standard features include multi-zone climate control with rapid cooling and deep-pile lambswool floor mats that define the brand's luxury. The Bespoke audio system utilizes the vehicle's sills as resonance chambers, creating a concert-hall experience even at highway speeds. Power-closing doors and ventilated seating ensure that every journey is conducted in absolute comfort, regardless of the distance.

Safety

The Cullinan is equipped with a comprehensive suite of ADAS features, including Night Vision with pedestrian and wildlife detection—essential for long desert highway drives after dark. Adaptive Cruise Control and Lane Departure Warning provide confidence during inter-city commutes, while the 360-degree camera system makes parking in tight urban spaces effortless. The vehicle's architecture, built on a dedicated aluminum spaceframe, provides exceptional structural integrity and occupant protection.

The bottom line

This GCC-spec 2025 Black Badge is the ultimate acquisition for the buyer who demands peerless luxury and the highest possible resale security in the Middle East market.
