Toyota Raize TURBO G RA

Highlights

• 4.8 L/100km fuel economy (Manufacturer)
• 200 mm standard ground clearance
• 369 litres boot space (seats upright)

Summary

This 2025 Toyota Raize Turbo G is a smart choice for UAE commuters seeking the efficiency of a compact car with the elevated stance of a crossover. While larger SUVs dominate Sheikh Zayed Road, the Raize leads in the city with a tight turning radius and exceptional fuel economy that makes daily Emirates-wide driving highly cost-effective. As a GCC-spec model in a high-demand White finish, it offers the strongest possible resale case for the local market. The turbocharged engine provides more responsive highway merging compared to the base 1.2L variant, making it the preferred trim for the region's fast-paced traffic.

This Car vs Other 2025 Toyota Raizes

With zero mileage, this brand-new unit bypasses the heavy wear often seen in high-use GCC commuter cars. The White exterior is widely regarded as the most resilient choice for the extreme local heat and commands a premium in the second-hand market compared to darker shades.

TURBO G RA vs Lower Trims

The Turbo G trim significantly upgrades the ownership experience with the 1.0L turbocharged engine, producing nearly 25% more torque than the standard 1.2L. GCC buyers will appreciate the 17-inch two-tone alloy wheels, digital instrument cluster, and leather-wrapped steering wheel that set this trim apart from the entry-level models.

Raize vs Segment Rivals

Against the Nissan Magnite and Suzuki Fronx, the Raize stands out with its class-leading 369-litre boot capacity and Toyota's legendary reliability. Its 200 mm ground clearance is particularly suited for navigating the high speed bumps and varied terrain found across UAE residential areas.

Running Costs & Resale

Fuel efficiency is a primary driver for the Raize, delivering a manufacturer-claimed 20.6 km/L (approx. 4.8 L/100km). Toyota parts are among the most accessible in the GCC, and with Al-Futtaim and other authorized centers located throughout the UAE, service is convenient and affordable. The Raize typically experiences lower depreciation than its European rivals, making it a sound financial investment.

Performance & Capability

The 1.0L 3-cylinder turbo engine delivers 97 hp and a punchy 140 Nm of torque, which is perfectly tuned for urban responsiveness and steady highway cruising at 120 km/h. Its compact dimensions and 4.9-meter turning radius make it exceptionally agile in tight parking structures and busy city traffic. While not intended for heavy dunes, the front-wheel-drive setup handles gravel tracks and weekend escapes with ease.

Comfort & Cabin

The cabin is designed to maximize vertical space, providing generous headroom for all five passengers despite the compact footprint. Essential GCC features like powerful air conditioning and standard fabric seats—which remain cooler than leather during peak summer—ensure year-round comfort. The inclusion of Apple CarPlay and Android Auto on the touchscreen display keeps you connected on long drives between Dubai and Abu Dhabi.

Safety

Standard safety systems on this trim include Vehicle Stability Control (VSC), Hill-start Assist Control (HAC), and Tire Pressure Warning System (TPWS). For highway driving, the inclusion of ABS and EBD provides necessary stability during sudden braking in fast traffic, while ISOFIX mounts ensure family security for younger passengers.

The bottom line

Perfect for the pragmatic professional or small family, this brand-new Raize Turbo G offers the lowest total cost of ownership in the compact crossover segment today.
