Summary

This near-delivery mileage 2027 G63 AMG offers a rare opportunity to bypass the long waiting lists for the latest iteration of the iconic Geländewagen. Finished in high-resale Black, this European-spec SUV is effectively new, providing a significant advantage for buyers who value peak mechanical condition and the highest possible future valuation. The G63 remains the undisputed leader for those seeking a mix of raw V8 power and absolute off-road hardware that rivals cannot replicate. For the GCC owner, the addition of the 48V mild-hybrid system enhances low-end response and efficiency in stop-start traffic across the Emirates.

This Car vs Other 2027 G63 AMGs

With only 20 km on the odometer, this G63 is in showroom condition, far below the typical 20,000 km annual average seen in the GCC. The Black exterior is the strongest resale color in the regional market, ensuring this specific unit will attract premium interest when it eventually returns to the used market. Being a European-spec model, it features the latest software and safety configurations, though buyers should verify local service contract compatibility at authorized centers.

STANDARD vs Lower Trims

The AMG G 63 is the performance flagship, significantly upgrading the G 550’s inline-six with a handcrafted V8. It adds the AMG SPEEDSHIFT TCT 9G transmission for faster shifts and the AMG Performance 4MATIC all-wheel-drive system with a rear-biased torque split. Inside, it includes standard Nappa leather, a Burmester 3D surround sound system, and the high-resolution dual-screen MBUX interface that commands a premium over base luxury configurations.

G63 AMG vs Segment Rivals

The G63 stands alone against rivals like the Range Rover SV and Lamborghini Urus by retaining a rugged ladder-frame chassis and three independent locking differentials for genuine desert capability. While competitors focus on high-speed aerodynamics, the G63 offers superior 9.5-inch ground clearance and a presence that is unmatched on GCC highways. Its 100-liter fuel tank also provides better long-distance range for cross-border drives compared to more road-biased performance SUVs.

Running Costs & Resale

Real-world fuel consumption averages around 15.5 L/100km, reflecting the aerodynamic profile during GCC highway cruising. Maintenance typically follows a 15,000 km or 12-month interval, and the extensive authorized Mercedes-Benz service network across the UAE, Saudi Arabia, and Kuwait ensures easy upkeep. The G63 historically enjoys one of the lowest depreciation rates in the luxury segment, often retaining over 70% of its value after three years in the GCC market.

Performance & Capability

The handcrafted 4.0L V8 delivers 585 PS and 850 Nm of torque, enabling a 0–100 km/h sprint of just 4.4 seconds. Its permanent all-wheel-drive system is paired with a dedicated low-range transfer case, allowing it to navigate soft sand and steep dunes with ease. On the highway, the 48V hybrid assist provides a seamless boost for overtaking, while the adaptive damping suspension keeps the high-riding chassis stable at cruising speeds.

Comfort & Cabin

The cabin is a blend of utilitarian heritage and modern luxury, featuring five seats upholstered in premium Nappa leather with standard heating and ventilation for the front passengers. The powerful three-zone climate control is specifically engineered to handle extreme summer heat, while acoustic glass helps isolate the cabin from wind noise and exterior temperatures. Rear passengers benefit from dedicated cooling vents and ample headroom, making it a viable luxury family transport for long weekend trips.

Safety

This G63 comes equipped with a comprehensive safety suite, including Active Brake Assist, Lane Keeping Assist, and Blind Spot Assist, which are essential for navigating fast-moving multi-lane traffic. A 360-degree surround-view camera simplifies parking the boxy frame in tight city spots, while the high-strength ladder frame and multiple airbags provide robust passive protection. The adaptive cruise control is particularly effective for reducing driver fatigue during long desert highway stretches.

The bottom line

For the discerning GCC collector or executive, this delivery-mileage 2027 G63 in Black represents the most secure investment and prestigious driving experience currently available in the SUV market.
