About the GMC Sierra

2008, 2009, 2010, 2011, 2012 and 2013 in Dubai, UAE

Now in its second generation, the GMC Sierra much like the Silverado has an all new look. Now Bulkier in size and ironed out creases, the vehicle's front end is reworked as is the rear.

These pickups are available in either two door or four door models. 2009 saw the introduction of the luxury Denali range of trucks.

Base models stick with the standard options from the previous generation whereas the options list no grows and includes Bluetooth connectivity, voice commands, Navigation system, memory seats, cooled front seats, rear entertainment package, larger rims, premium sound system remote starting, rear parking sensors, reverse camera, stability control and side airbags. ABS and front airbags are standard equipment.

A V6 motor is available in this trim as is a new V8 to join alongside the previous two. Outputs now range from 195 hp all the way through to 403 horsepower. No manual gearbox is available, only a four-speed or six-speed automatic gearbox.

HD or Heavy Duty diesel options are available once again and are available with two axles or three.

2014, 2015, 2016 and 2017 in Dubai, UAE

Back once again and now in its third generation, the GMC receives an all new look. Some of the previous model's parts are visible. With a new front end complete with headlights, the pickup looks bigger than ever before. The sides and rear ends are reworked as is the inside.

BBase options remain similar to the previous models with the addition of softer materials The options list grows once again, and now includes multiple USB ports, an SD Card Slot as well has previous generation specs. Denali trim variants return as do trim levels; SLT and SLE.

Z71 packages are available in this generation, which adds stronger shocks, additional protection underneath and tow hooks mounted on the front.

In 2016 trim, a new front end is visible and includes a new set of headlights and is now more imposing than ever before.
