AED 50,000 fine to be issued to drivers caught reckless driving

In an effort to crack down on reckless drivers in the capital of the UAE, Abu Dhabi police have released a number of warnings and hefty fines for drivers who are speeding and racing in the Emirate.

Motorists found in violation of the law will be punished as they are not only putting their own lives at risk but others too.

Earlier this week, a driver was fined AED 50,000 for reckless driving and drifting in Abu Dhabi.

Drivers caught driving in a reckless way, drifting their vehicle, stunt driving will be subject to legal action. Additionally, anyone caught gathering, watching, filming these dangerous acts or resharing them on social media platforms will also face legal action.
