• Top speed of 250 km/h

Summary

This 2011 BMW 750Li Executive represents the long-wheelbase pinnacle of German luxury, offering a refined driving experience that rivals can rarely match. With a white exterior that is highly sought after for its heat-reflecting properties and strong resale value in the GCC, this V8-powered sedan remains a prestigious choice for executive commuting. Despite its age, the 156,800 km odometer is well below the typical 300,000 km expected for a vehicle of this vintage in the region. For a buyer seeking the authority of a 7 Series at a more accessible entry point, this GCC-spec example provides the ideal balance of power and rear-seat comfort.

This Car vs Other 2011 750Lis

While average annual mileage in the GCC typically exceeds 20,000 km, this vehicle has averaged just under 12,000 km per year, marking it as a lower-use example for its age. The Alpine White exterior is not only the most practical choice for the desert sun but also ensures significantly better liquidity and value retention in the UAE and Saudi used markets compared to darker alternatives.

EXECUTIVE vs Lower Trims

The Executive trim prioritizes the rear-cabin experience, adding a longer wheelbase that provides class-leading legroom not found in the standard 750i. This specific trim often includes essential GCC upgrades like four-zone climate control and soft-close doors, distinguishing it from base models that lack the 'Li' extended comfort features.

750Li vs Segment Rivals

Compared to the Mercedes-Benz S500 or Audi A8L of the same era, the BMW 750Li is widely recognized for its driver-centric chassis and twin-turbocharged V8 delivery. It offers a larger 82-litre fuel tank, providing superior highway range for long-distance travel between Abu Dhabi and Dubai or cross-border journeys to Oman.

Running Costs & Resale

Real-world fuel consumption for the N63 twin-turbo V8 is approximately 11.4 L/100km on combined cycles, though city driving in heavy traffic can increase this to 16.4 L/100km. BMW's established authorized service network across the UAE and GCC ensures parts availability is consistent. While European luxury sedans face steeper initial depreciation, this model year has reached a stable value floor, making it a predictable asset for the next owner.

Performance & Capability

The 408 hp V8 engine generates 600 Nm of torque from just 1,750 rpm, providing effortless overtaking power on high-speed motorways. The six-speed automatic transmission is tuned for smoothness, ensuring that even under hard acceleration, the cabin remains composed. The 250 km/h electronically limited top speed is paired with a chassis that feels planted and stable at cruising speeds.

Comfort & Cabin

Inside, the extended wheelbase ensures rear passengers can stretch out in a cabin insulated by acoustic glass to keep out the midday heat. The 'Executive' designation means the focus is on premium leather, multi-zone cooling, and high-quality trim materials that maintain their integrity even in high-temperature environments. Powerful air conditioning is a hallmark of these GCC-spec models, capable of cooling the large cabin rapidly after being parked in the sun.

Safety

Safety is managed by an array of front, side, and curtain airbags, alongside BMW's Dynamic Stability Control (DSC) which is vital for maintaining traction on sandy road surfaces. Standard equipment includes front and rear parking sensors and cruise control, providing a secure environment for both city maneuvering and long-distance desert highway drives.

The bottom line

For the executive who values rear-seat space and the smooth power of a German V8, this low-mileage GCC-spec 750Li is a smart, high-prestige acquisition in the region's best resale color.
