Summary

This 2013 Nissan Pathfinder SV represents the first year of the refined R52 generation, offering a smoother, car-like ride that is perfect for the daily Dubai commute. While it features a Canadian specification, the white exterior is the most sought-after color for heat reflection and resale value in the UAE market. With seven usable seats and a flexible unibody design, it balances family logistics with the reliability of Nissan’s legendary V6 powertrain. This model stands out for its high standard towing capacity, making it a versatile choice for those who need a capable weekend cruiser without the bulk of a traditional truck-based SUV. For a GCC buyer, this specific listing offers a well-proven family workhorse with a cabin built for comfort.

This Car vs Other 2013 Pathfinders

With 179,000 km, this vehicle has averaged approximately 15,000 km per year, which is significantly lower than the typical 20,000–25,000 km annual average seen across the GCC. Its white exterior is a major advantage for local buyers, as it maintains the highest demand in the used market and stays cooler during summer months. While being a Canadian spec, it retains the core mechanical reliability that makes these models a staple on UAE roads.

SV vs Lower Trims

The SV trim is a significant step up from the base S model, adding essential daily conveniences like a rearview camera and push-button start. It also includes a leather-wrapped steering wheel and individual power adjustments for the driver's seat, providing a more premium feel during long highway drives across the Emirates. Unlike the base trim, the SV also features a USB port and Bluetooth connectivity for modern smartphone integration.

Pathfinder vs Segment Rivals

The Pathfinder leads rivals like the Honda Pilot and Toyota Highlander in standard towing capacity, rated at 2,268 kg. It also offers a class-exclusive selectable 4x4-i system, allowing you to manually switch to 2WD for better fuel efficiency on the E11 or lock it into 4WD for light sand and gravel surfaces. Furthermore, the Pathfinder's third-row access is widely considered easier to manage thanks to the EZ Flex seating system.

Running Costs & Resale

Fuel consumption for the 3.5L V6 typically averages around 10.2L/100km on the combined cycle, though GCC city traffic will see this rise. Nissan's authorized service network, led by Arabian Automobiles and Al Masaood, is one of the strongest in the region, ensuring parts are affordable and widely available in every Emirate. While Japanese SUVs generally hold value well, non-GCC specs may see a slightly faster depreciation rate than local models, though the white-on-SV configuration remains a resilient choice.

Performance & Capability

The 260 hp V6 engine provides linear power delivery that makes overtaking on fast-moving highways effortless. The selectable drive modes are a unique highlight, offering an 'Auto' setting that monitors road conditions and distributes torque between front and rear wheels instantly. This unibody generation is built for comfort, offering a smooth ride that handles city streets and long desert highway stretches with equal poise.

Comfort & Cabin

The seven-seat layout features a sliding second row that makes the third row genuinely accessible for older children or adults. Standard tri-zone automatic climate control is vital for the GCC climate, ensuring that passengers in all three rows stay cool during the peak of summer. With all rear seats folded flat, the cabin provides a massive 2,259 liters of cargo space, perfect for large shopping trips or weekend camping gear.

Safety

The 2013 Pathfinder comes equipped with a comprehensive safety suite, including six airbags as standard and Vehicle Dynamic Control (VDC) to assist with stability on slippery or sandy surfaces. The SV trim's standard rearview camera and rear parking sonar are particularly helpful in tight urban parking environments. Its 5-star safety rating from the NHTSA provides additional peace of mind for family buyers.

The bottom line

For a family seeking a reliable, high-capacity SUV with a lower-than-average mileage profile, this white Pathfinder SV is a practical and high-value opportunity in the local market.
