Highlights

• 0–100 km/h in 4.5 seconds
• 600 hp from a 6.6-litre twin-turbo V12
• 18-speaker Bespoke Audio system standard

Summary

This 2019 Wraith Black Badge represents the absolute peak of Rolls-Royce's driver-focused engineering, offering significantly more attitude and torque than the standard model. With just 35,320 km on the odometer, its mileage is exceptionally low for a seven-year-old vehicle in the GCC, where 20,000 km per year is the norm. The Black exterior is the most coveted finish for Black Badge models in the UAE market, ensuring this car will always command attention and hold its value. It offers a sharper, more engaging drive that perfectly suits the UAE's expansive highways, while maintaining the legendary magic-carpet ride. For a serious buyer, this is a rare chance to own the most powerful V12 coupe Rolls-Royce ever produced in its most desirable regional specification.

This Car vs Other 2019 Wraiths

While the average 2019 luxury car in the GCC might have covered over 140,000 km, this Wraith has been driven less than 6,000 km annually, placing it in the top tier of available pre-owned examples. The Black exterior is the definitive choice for this trim, directly supporting strong resale demand in the local market. Compared to typical high-mileage imports, this GCC-spec example has been preserved in a way that prioritizes mechanical longevity in our high-heat environment.

BLACK BADGE vs Lower Trims

The Black Badge is more than an appearance package; it increases torque to a massive 870 Nm and recalibrates the air suspension and 8-speed gearbox for a more urgent, responsive feel. It adds the 'Technical Fibre' interior—a weave of aircraft-grade aluminum and carbon fiber—alongside dark chrome exterior accents and 21-inch carbon-alloy composite wheels. These features, along with the standard ventilated seats and 360° camera, are essential for the premium GCC ownership experience.

Wraith vs Segment Rivals

Against rivals like the Bentley Continental GT and Aston Martin DB11, the Wraith stands alone for its 'coach doors' and unparalleled cabin silence. Its 6.6-liter V12 provides a level of effortless overtaking power on the E11 that smaller-displacement rivals cannot match. The massive 83-liter fuel tank is a significant advantage for long-distance drives between Emirates, offering superior grand-touring range.

Running Costs & Resale

Real-world fuel consumption averages around 14.6 L/100km, though this can rise in stop-start Dubai traffic where the V12's cooling requirements are highest. As a GCC-spec vehicle, it retains a significant price premium over American or European imports due to its recognized service history and local warranty compatibility. Authorized service centers are well-established across the UAE, Saudi Arabia, and Kuwait, with recommended oil service intervals every 10,000 km to protect the twin-turbochargers from extreme summer heat.

Performance & Capability

The Black Badge reaches 100 km/h in just 4.5 seconds, a staggering feat for a 2.4-tonne luxury coupe. Its satellite-aided transmission uses GPS data to read the road ahead, pre-selecting gears for bends and junctions before you even reach them. This ensures a seamless flow of power whether you are navigating the Hatta mountain roads or cruising at high speeds on the highway. The upgraded braking system provides the necessary stopping power to match its enhanced 600 hp output.

Comfort & Cabin

The four-seat cabin is a sanctuary of hand-stitched leather and acoustic glass, designed to isolate passengers from the 45°C summer heat. The Bespoke Audio system uses 18 speakers, including 'exciters' in the headliner, to create a concert-hall experience. Powerful multi-zone climate control and ventilated front seats are standard, ensuring rapid cabin cooling even after the car has been parked in the sun.

Safety

This trim includes a comprehensive ADAS suite featuring Night Vision with pedestrian recognition, which is particularly effective on unlit desert roads. The Head-Up Display and Adaptive Cruise Control with Stop & Go make long highway commutes between Abu Dhabi and Dubai significantly less fatiguing. Active stability control and a robust 360° camera system ensure the vehicle is as easy to park as it is stable at its 250 km/h top speed.

The bottom line

For the executive who demands the absolute flagship of the Rolls-Royce coupe line, this low-mileage Black Badge is the ultimate expression of power and local prestige. It is a rare, high-spec opportunity for a buyer who values the 'darker' side of luxury without the wait times of a bespoke order.
