Summary

This Range Rover Evoque offers a unique buying opportunity in the GCC market, featuring extremely low mileage that makes it practically new for its age. As an R-Dynamic SE, it carries a sportier aesthetic with gloss black accents that command high demand and stronger resale interest in the UAE. The 1.5-litre Ingenium engine is paired with All-Wheel Drive, delivering a refined balance of performance and fuel efficiency that suits both city commuting and highway travel between emirates. For a buyer looking to enter the luxury SUV segment, this specific black-on-black configuration represents one of the most stylish and liquid assets in the local used market. The European specification adds a premium interior finish and advanced tech features often sought after by enthusiasts in the region.

This Car vs Other 2023 Range Rover Evoques

With just 646 km on the odometer, this vehicle has significantly lower mileage than the typical 20,000 km annual average for 3-year-old cars in the UAE. This minimal usage ensures that mechanical components and interior surfaces remain in showroom condition, offering a clear advantage over higher-mileage GCC-spec alternatives. The timeless black exterior is a high-demand color in the local market, ensuring faster turnover and better value retention when it comes time to resell.

R-DYNAMIC SE P250 vs Lower Trims

The R-Dynamic SE trim provides a substantial equipment upgrade over the base S and SE variants, most notably including the 12-speaker Meridian sound system and the upgraded Pivi Pro dual-screen interface. Exterior-wise, it gains the aggressive R-Dynamic body kit, premium LED headlights with signature DRL, and larger 20-inch wheels as standard. Inside, drivers benefit from 12-way power memory seats and enhanced driver assistance features like Blind Spot Assist and Rear Traffic Monitor, which are often optional on lower trims.

Range Rover Evoque vs Segment Rivals

When compared to the BMW X1 or Audi Q3, the Evoque stands out with its superior terrain-tackling heritage, featuring Land Rover’s Terrain Response system for light off-road weekend trips. It offers a more luxurious cabin atmosphere with higher-grade materials and a larger 67-litre fuel tank, providing better range for long desert highway drives than many competitors. The deployable touchscreens and minimalist dash design give it a distinct technological edge in the compact luxury SUV class.

Running Costs & Resale

The P250 engine typically sees combined fuel consumption of approximately 8.3 L/100km, performing efficiently during GCC highway cruises while maintaining respectable figures in stop-start city traffic. As a European-spec vehicle, owners should verify service compatibility at authorized UAE centers, though the model is well-supported by independent specialists across the region. Range Rovers in this specific R-Dynamic trim generally follow a 12–15% annual depreciation curve in the UAE, but the exceptionally low mileage on this unit acts as a significant buffer for its short-term value retention.

Performance & Capability

Powered by a turbocharged engine delivering 249 hp, this SUV reaches 100 km/h in a swift 7.6 seconds, ensuring effortless overtaking on fast-moving highways like the E11. The All-Wheel Drive system and 212 mm of ground clearance provide confidence during weekend excursions to gravel paths or sandy wadi entries. With 365 Nm of torque available from 1,300 rpm, it feels responsive and punchy in urban traffic, while the 9-speed automatic transmission maintains low RPMs for quiet, comfortable long-distance travel.

Comfort & Cabin

The cabin is a sanctuary of modern luxury, featuring Grained Leather seat facings and dual-zone climate control essential for the GCC summer heat. The Interactive Driver Display and 10-inch deployable touchscreen keep all navigation and media controls within easy reach for the driver. Acoustic glass helps isolate the interior from road noise and high external temperatures, ensuring a premium experience for all five passengers during cross-country trips.

Safety

This trim comes equipped with a comprehensive safety suite including Lane Keep Assist, Emergency Braking, and a 3D Surround Camera for easy parking in tight city spaces. Adaptive Cruise Control is particularly useful for reducing fatigue on the long, straight highways common across the UAE and Saudi Arabia. The vehicle also features six airbags and high-tensile steel construction, earning a 5-star Euro NCAP rating for peace of mind.

The bottom line

This is a rare opportunity to own a near-zero mileage 2023 Evoque in the highly desirable R-Dynamic SE trim, perfect for a buyer who wants a new-car experience at a pre-owned value point.
