Summary

This 2023 Mitsubishi Attrage GLX Highline is a masterclass in urban efficiency, offering some of the lowest running costs in the GCC market. With silver paint providing excellent heat reflection and strong resale demand, it's a strategically sound choice for the regional climate. As the top-tier Highline trim, it bridges the gap between budget commuting and modern convenience with upgraded tech and comfort features. Its high fuel economy and proven Japanese reliability make it an ideal partner for daily commutes between emirates. For a buyer seeking a nearly-new vehicle that prioritizes value retention and mechanical simplicity, this listing is a standout opportunity.

This Car vs Other 2023 Attrages

With approximately 63,551 km, this vehicle's mileage is consistent with the higher annual usage typically seen in the UAE and Saudi Arabia. While many 2023 models are pushed into high-intensity fleet or delivery work, this unit presents as a well-maintained personal commuter. The silver exterior is a top-tier choice for the GCC, ensuring it stays cooler in summer and holds its value better than darker or less conventional colors.

GLX HIGHLINE vs Lower Trims

The Highline trim significantly upgrades the ownership experience over the base GLX by adding a 7-inch touchscreen with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto—essential for navigating GCC traffic. You also benefit from automatic air conditioning, which is far more effective at maintaining cabin comfort during peak summer months. Exterior enhancements like 15-inch alloy wheels and a rear spoiler give it a more premium road presence compared to the standard steel-wheeled versions.

Attrage vs Segment Rivals

The Attrage leads rivals like the Suzuki Dzire and Kia Pegas primarily in pure fuel efficiency, making it the superior choice for long-distance commuters. Its 450-litre boot is surprisingly large for the sub-compact class, rivaling much larger sedans and easily accommodating family grocery runs or airport luggage. Mitsubishi’s legendary air conditioning performance remains a key differentiator for GCC buyers compared to some European or American entry-level alternatives.

Running Costs & Resale

Expect real-world fuel consumption of approximately 4.8 L/100km on combined cycles, though GCC city traffic may see this closer to 5.5 L/100km. Service intervals are typically every 10,000 km or 6 months, and with one of the widest authorized service networks spanning from Muscat to Kuwait City, maintenance is both easy and affordable. Historically, the Attrage has one of the lowest depreciation rates in its class, often retaining 65-70% of its value after three years in the local market.

Performance & Capability

Powered by a 1.2-litre 3-cylinder MIVEC engine, the Attrage is tuned for smooth, predictable power delivery in urban environments. It produces 76 hp and 100 Nm of torque, paired with a CVT automatic transmission that maximizes efficiency during highway cruising. While it is not built for performance racing, its tight turning circle and lightweight chassis make it exceptionally easy to park and maneuver through crowded areas like Deira or Riyadh's city center.

Comfort & Cabin

The cabin is surprisingly spacious, utilizing a 'people-first' design that offers more rear legroom than many expect in this segment. For the GCC climate, the high-performance cooling system and fabric seats—which stay cooler than leather in 45°C heat—provide a practical and comfortable environment. The Highline's leather-wrapped steering wheel and upgraded 4-speaker audio system elevate the tactile feel of the interior for the driver.

Safety

Safety is managed by Mitsubishi's RISE (Reinforced Impact Safety Evolution) body construction, which effectively disperses energy during an impact. Standard features on this trim include dual front SRS airbags, an Anti-lock Braking System (ABS) with Electronic Brake-force Distribution (EBD), and Active Stability Control (ASC). These systems are particularly vital for maintaining control during unexpected maneuvers on fast-moving GCC highways or sandy surfaces.

The bottom line

Perfect for the budget-conscious professional or a small family, this Attrage offers the ultimate combination of Japanese reliability and class-leading fuel economy in a modern, Highline-spec package.
