Summary

This 2024 Range Rover HSE P530 represents the flagship of luxury SUVs, combining massive twin-turbo V8 performance with the latest fifth-generation refinement. With mileage that is precisely on track for a two-year-old vehicle in the GCC, this listing offers a balanced opportunity for those looking to avoid the initial steep depreciation of a new showroom purchase. The gold exterior is a highly desirable choice in the region, known for maintaining its visual appeal and resale strength in the local market. As a P530, it delivers significantly more road presence and power than the standard six-cylinder models, making it ideal for the fast-paced multi-lane highways of the UAE and Saudi Arabia.

This Car vs Other 2024 Range Rovers

At 48,000 km, this Range Rover has been driven roughly 24,000 km per year, which is typical for a luxury vehicle in the GCC where highway commutes between emirates are common. While many global markets see lower annual averages, this usage is standard for the region and suggests the vehicle has been regularly utilized for comfortable long-distance travel. The gold finish is a particularly strong resale color in the Middle East, resisting heat well and remaining a favorite among local buyers.

HSE P530 vs Lower Trims

The HSE P530 is a major step up from the base SE trim, most notably replacing the 3.0L six-cylinder with a potent 4.4L twin-turbo V8. It standardizes high-demand features for the GCC, including larger 22-inch wheels, Pixel LED headlights, and the superior Meridian 3D Surround Sound system. You also benefit from higher-grade Semi-Aniline leather and 20-way heated and ventilated seats, which are essential for maintaining comfort during the peak summer months.

Range Rover vs Segment Rivals

The Range Rover leads rivals like the BMW X7 and Mercedes-Benz GLS in pure off-road pedigree, offering a 900 mm wading depth and the sophisticated Terrain Response 2 system. While German competitors focus on on-road sportiness, the Range Rover provides a 'floating' ride quality thanks to its advanced electronic air suspension and all-wheel steering. Its 4.4L V8 is shared with high-performance BMW M-division engineering, ensuring it keeps pace with the fastest luxury SUVs on the market.

Running Costs & Resale

The P530 powertrain averages approximately 12.0 L/100km in combined driving, though GCC city traffic will see higher figures. As an American spec vehicle, it typically carries a lower entry price than GCC spec equivalents, though buyers should ensure they have an independent service plan as factory warranties may not transfer across regions. Authorized Land Rover service centers are plentiful across the UAE, Saudi Arabia, and Kuwait, ensuring specialized maintenance and parts are always within reach.

Performance & Capability

The 530 hp twin-turbo V8 enables a blistering 4.6-second 0–100 km/h sprint, providing effortless overtaking power on the E11. Its capability is unmatched in the luxury segment, featuring a maximum ground clearance of 295 mm and a 3,500 kg braked towing capacity. Whether navigating weekend trips to the dunes or cruising at high speeds across borders, the All Wheel Drive system and dynamic air suspension adapt instantly to the terrain.

Comfort & Cabin

The five-seat cabin is a sanctuary of heat-insulated glass and multi-zone climate control, designed to keep all passengers at 22°C even when it is 45°C outside. The 13.1-inch Pivi Pro touchscreen is the center of a tech-rich interior that includes wireless charging and a digital cockpit. Extensive use of acoustic laminating ensures that wind and road noise are almost entirely eliminated, even at highway speeds.

Safety

Standard safety tech includes a 360-degree 3D surround camera, which is vital for maneuvering a vehicle of this size in tight urban parking. The suite also features high-speed emergency braking, lane keep assist, and blind spot assist, providing a critical safety net for fast-moving GCC highway traffic. Adaptive Cruise Control with Steering Assist helps reduce fatigue during long desert drives by maintaining lane position and distance from other vehicles.

The bottom line

This P530 is the perfect choice for the executive buyer who wants V8 performance and a high-status color without the waitlist of a new model. It offers the most desirable flagship engine in a configuration that is perfectly suited for the regional driving lifestyle.
