Summary

This one-year-old convertible offers an exceptional entry into the seventh-generation Mustang family with just 6,900 km on the clock, placing it well below the average mileage for a GCC-based daily driver. The Silver exterior is a perennial favorite in the region, ensuring better heat reflection and stronger resale value compared to darker tones. As a Premium trim, it bridges the gap between raw pony car muscle and modern luxury, featuring the sophisticated curved glass display and ventilated seating essential for the UAE climate. While many seek the V8, this EcoBoost variant provides nearly identical straight-line thrills with significantly lower fuel costs for those commuting between emirates. It represents a smart, near-new opportunity to own the latest iteration of an icon without the immediate depreciation of a showroom purchase.

This Car vs Other 2025 Mustangs

With only 6,900 km, this vehicle has covered less than a third of the typical 20,000–25,000 km annual average seen in the GCC market. The Silver paint is highly strategic for the region, as it hides desert dust better than black and maintains a higher demand in the used market. This low-mileage example offers a significant 'nearly-new' advantage, retaining its mechanical tightness and interior freshness.

PREMIUM vs Lower Trims

The Premium trim significantly upgrades the cabin experience over the base EcoBoost by adding ventilated and heated leather-trimmed seats, which are vital for comfortable summer driving in the Gulf. It also features the magnesium-framed curved glass digital cockpit, wireless smartphone charging, and a 9-speaker premium audio system as standard. Externally, it adds pony projection lamps and upgraded 18-inch wheels that give it a more upscale presence on the road.

Mustang vs Segment Rivals

The Mustang leads rivals like the BMW 4 Series Convertible in terms of pure horsepower per dirham, offering 324 hp from its turbocharged unit. Compared to the Audi A5 Cabriolet, the Mustang provides a more driver-centric rear-wheel-drive layout and a significantly larger 13.2-inch infotainment screen. Its 61-liter fuel tank is well-sized for long highway stretches like the Dubai-Abu Dhabi E11 commute, offering better cruising range than several European competitors.

Running Costs & Resale

The 2.3L EcoBoost engine is remarkably efficient, averaging approximately 9.2 L/100km on combined cycles, though GCC stop-start traffic may see this rise toward 10.8 L/100km. Ford's authorized service network is extensive across the UAE, Saudi Arabia, and Kuwait, ensuring that parts are more affordable and accessible than those of niche European rivals. While V8 Mustangs are highly sought after, the EcoBoost maintains a steady 12-15% annual depreciation rate, benefiting from a wide buyer base looking for manageable running costs.

Performance & Capability

Despite having four cylinders, this Mustang delivers a verified 0–100 km/h time of 5.1 seconds, outperforming many older V8 sports cars. The 10-speed automatic transmission is tuned for rapid highway overtaking, making it a capable partner for the fast-moving multi-lane roads of the GCC. Selectable drive modes allow the steering and throttle response to be softened for city cruising or sharpened for weekend drives through the Hatta mountains.

Comfort & Cabin

The cabin is centered around the new 13.2-inch SYNC 4 touchscreen, which is angled toward the driver for better visibility in bright sunlight. Standard ventilated front seats are a major highlight, providing immediate relief during the peak UAE summer months. While the rear seats are best suited for shorter trips or children, the dual-zone automatic climate control is powerful enough to maintain a cool environment even with the convertible top down during the winter months.

Safety

The 2025 Mustang comes equipped with Ford Co-Pilot360, a comprehensive ADAS suite that includes blind-spot monitoring with cross-traffic alert, which is essential for safely navigating fast-moving highway traffic. It also features lane-keeping assist, pre-collision assist with automatic emergency braking, and a rearview camera as standard. The high-strength chassis and multiple airbag system contributed to its 5-star NHTSA overall safety rating, providing peace of mind for daily family use.

The bottom line

This is a prime choice for a professional looking for a stylish, low-mileage daily driver that handles the GCC heat and long commutes with ease. It offers the latest seventh-generation tech and convertible freedom at a better value point than a new showroom model.
