Summary

This 2025 Jetour T2 Luxury Plus is a compelling option for those seeking a rugged, adventure-ready SUV with high-end cabin technology. With 65,000 km, it sits slightly above average for its age in the UAE, yet it remains mechanically robust and perfectly suited for the region's long-distance highway driving. The Black exterior is one of the most desirable colors in the GCC, ensuring strong resale interest when you decide to upgrade. As a GCC-spec model, it benefits from localized cooling and full regional service support, making it a smarter long-term buy than imported variants. It stands out in its segment by offering premium off-road hardware alongside a cabin that rivals luxury European competitors for a fraction of the cost.

This Car vs Other 2025 Jetour T2s

With 65,000 km on the odometer, this T2 has been actively used for the cross-emirate highway commuting it was designed for, rather than sitting idle. While the mileage is higher than a typical one-year-old vehicle, Jetour’s robust 2.0L turbo powertrain is built to handle such use in extreme heat. The Black finish is a top-tier resale color in the GCC, providing a significant advantage over louder colors when it comes time to trade in.

LUXURY PLUS vs Lower Trims

The Luxury Plus trim is the definitive choice for GCC buyers, adding essential climate-focused features like ventilated front seats and an upgraded 12-speaker Sony premium audio system. It also upgrades the safety suite with a 540-degree panoramic camera system, allowing you to see through the vehicle’s floor during off-road maneuvers. These additions are highly sought after in the used market and directly contribute to better value retention.

T2 vs Segment Rivals

The T2 leads its segment rivals like the GAC GS8 and Haval Dargo by offering a more aggressive approach angle of 39 degrees for serious desert excursions. Its standard 70-liter fuel tank is specifically sized for long-range travel between GCC cities, reducing the frequency of stops on the E11 or Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road. Inside, the massive 15.6-inch screen and Qualcomm Snapdragon 8155 chipset provide a faster, more modern interface than most traditional competitors.

Running Costs & Resale

Real-world fuel consumption for the 2.0L turbo engine typically averages between 11L and 13L/100km in mixed UAE traffic, which is respectable for a 4WD SUV of this size. Service intervals in the GCC are set every 10,000 km, and Jetour’s authorized service network, led by Elite Group in the UAE, is rapidly expanding across major cities. While Chinese brands typically see slightly higher initial depreciation than Japanese rivals, the T2's unique styling and high feature density have helped it maintain a stronger price floor in the local used market.

Performance & Capability

The 2.0L turbocharged engine delivers 251 hp and a substantial 390 Nm of torque, ensuring confident overtaking on fast-moving UAE highways even when fully loaded. The BorgWarner 6th-generation AWD system features seven selectable driving modes, allowing you to transition seamlessly from city pavement to soft sand. With 220 mm of ground clearance and a 600 mm wading depth, it is genuinely capable of handling weekend escapes to Hatta or the Liwa dunes.

Comfort & Cabin

The cabin is a sanctuary from the GCC heat, featuring a powerful dual-zone climate control system and front seats that are both electrically adjustable and ventilated. The 2,800 mm wheelbase ensures generous legroom for all five passengers, making it an excellent choice for family road trips. High-quality materials and a panoramic sunroof create an airy, premium feel, while the 64-color ambient lighting allows you to customize the interior atmosphere for night drives.

Safety

The Luxury Plus trim comes equipped with a comprehensive ADAS suite, including Adaptive Cruise Control and Lane Keeping Assist, which are invaluable for long desert highway drives. It also features Automatic Emergency Braking and Blind Spot Monitoring to navigate busy multi-lane city traffic safely. A unique 540-degree camera system provides a transparent chassis view, ensuring you can spot obstacles under the car during technical off-road driving.

The bottom line

This Jetour T2 is perfect for the adventurous UAE resident who wants a rugged 4WD that doubles as a tech-forward family daily driver. Its high trim level and desirable color make it a standout opportunity in the current used market.
