Summary

This 2025 Toyota Land Cruiser VXR is a virtually brand-new example of the all-new 250-series, showing just 10 km on the odometer. As a high-trim VXR model in the preferred White pearl finish, it offers the strongest resale potential in the GCC market, where demand for this specific spec remains exceptionally high. The new 2.4-liter turbocharged powertrain delivers significant torque improvements over the previous generation, making it more responsive for both city merging and desert exploration. For the GCC buyer, this represents an opportunity to secure the latest evolution of a regional icon without the typical new-car waiting periods.

This Car vs Other 2025 Land Cruisers

With just 10 km on the clock, this vehicle is essentially a zero-meter car, offering a significant advantage over other 2025 models that may have already entered their first service cycle. The White exterior is widely regarded as the most practical and high-value color in the GCC, as it reflects the intense summer sun and consistently commands the highest prices on the used market. Being a GCC-spec vehicle, it comes with the regional cooling and filtration packages essential for maintaining long-term reliability in our climate.

VXR vs Lower Trims

The VXR trim sits at the top of the range, adding essential luxury and technology features that lower grades like the GXR lack. Key upgrades include premium leather upholstery with ventilated front and second-row seats, a 12.3-inch digital cockpit, and a superior 10-speaker audio system. It also features the 360-degree Panoramic View Monitor and the full Toyota Safety Sense 3.0 suite, which are high-value additions for both daily safety and future resale.

Land Cruiser vs Segment Rivals

Against rivals like the Nissan Patrol and Land Rover Defender, the Land Cruiser 250 leads with its massive 110-litre fuel tank, providing superior touring range for long-distance cross-border drives. Its body-on-frame construction is specifically engineered for durability in extreme GCC heat, where its air conditioning system is widely considered the benchmark for the segment. Furthermore, the Land Cruiser benefits from a far more extensive service network across the UAE, Saudi Arabia, and Oman than any European competitor.

Running Costs & Resale

Real-world fuel consumption for the 2.4L turbo engine is approximately 10.6 km/L, offering a balanced profile for a large 7-seat SUV in GCC traffic conditions. Maintenance is straightforward with service intervals typically every 10,000 km, supported by the most robust authorized service network in the region. The Land Cruiser nameplate historically retains 70-75% of its value over five years in the GCC, significantly outperforming rivals in long-term equity.

Performance & Capability

The turbocharged engine produces 430 Nm of torque at low RPM, ensuring effortless highway overtaking and strong low-speed crawling in the sand. Equipped with a dual-range transfer case and both center and rear differential locks, it is fully hardware-ready for serious weekend desert trips. It maintains a 700 mm wading depth and excellent ground clearance, allowing it to navigate the most challenging regional terrains with total confidence.

Comfort & Cabin

The seven-seat cabin is designed for family expeditions, featuring a high-performance three-zone climate control system with dedicated rear vents to combat 45°C summer peaks. Long-distance comfort is enhanced by the acoustic glass and superior insulation, which keeps the cabin quiet during high-speed highway cruising. The VXR trim also includes a refrigerator in the center console, a highly valued feature for maintaining cold drinks during long drives across the Emirates.

Safety

This VXR trim features the comprehensive Toyota Safety Sense 3.0 suite, including Dynamic Radar Cruise Control and Lane Tracing Assist, which are ideal for the UAE's multi-lane highway systems. The vehicle is equipped with 8 airbags and advanced systems like Blind Spot Monitoring and Pre-Collision detection to provide maximum protection in fast-moving traffic. These active safety measures come standard on this trim, whereas many are optional on competing mid-size SUVs.

The bottom line

For the buyer who wants the very latest Toyota technology in the most sought-after trim and color, this 10-km VXR is the definitive choice for reliability and resale security in the GCC.
