Summary

This 2026 ROX 01 is an exceptional opportunity for GCC buyers looking for the latest in extended-range electric technology without the wait of a new factory order. As a brand-new vehicle with 0 km, it offers a distinct advantage in the used market, especially in this high-resale Black exterior that commands premium value across the UAE and Saudi Arabia. The REEV powertrain is perfectly suited for the region, providing silent city commuting on pure electric power while the 1.5L range extender eliminates range anxiety for long-distance desert highway drives. Standing out from traditional luxury SUVs with its Pininfarina-led design and massive digital cockpit, it bridges the gap between rugged off-roader and high-tech family hauler. For the GCC buyer, the standard all-wheel drive and dedicated sand modes make it a versatile companion for both city life and weekend adventures.

This Car vs Other 2026 ROX 01s

With zero mileage on the clock, this 2026 model represents the peak of current market value for the ROX 01. While many listed units have already begun their service lives, this vehicle remains in factory condition, ensuring the full balance of the manufacturer warranty remains intact. The Black exterior is the most sought-after resale color in the GCC, offering a quicker and more profitable exit compared to less traditional shades.

STANDARD vs Lower Trims

The STANDARD trim is exceptionally well-equipped for the GCC market, featuring the essential 360-degree camera system and the full 15.7-inch high-resolution infotainment suite. Unlike base configurations in other markets, this trim includes ventilated seats as standard, a critical feature for maintaining comfort during the intense Gulf summers. It also features the 21-inch alloy wheel package, providing a more assertive stance and better highway stability than smaller factory options.

ROX 01 vs Segment Rivals

The ROX 01 directly competes with the Li Auto L8 and the Tank 500 Hi4-T, offering a unique blend of rugged aesthetics and family utility. It leads the segment with a massive 70-liter fuel tank, providing a total combined range that surpasses many European luxury hybrid SUVs, making it ideal for cross-border trips between the UAE and Oman or Saudi Arabia. The 5.5-second acceleration time also makes it notably quicker off the line than traditional body-on-frame competitors.

Running Costs & Resale

Running costs are significantly lower than conventional V6 or V8 SUVs, with an official combined fuel consumption of approximately 7.95 L/100km when the battery is utilized. The 56.01 kWh battery allows for nearly 200 km of real-world electric driving, potentially covering a week of UAE city commuting without using a drop of fuel. Authorized service centers are established in major hubs like Dubai (Umm Ramool) and Abu Dhabi (Mussafah), with recommended service intervals of 12,000 km. As a new brand gaining traction, its value retention is currently bolstered by the high demand for rugged EREVs in the regional market.

Performance & Capability

Delivering 476 hp and a massive 740 Nm of torque through its dual-motor all-wheel-drive system, the ROX 01 offers effortless overtaking on the E11 highway. The vehicle is engineered for regional exploration with a 700 mm wading depth and dedicated ROX terrain modes, including a specific Sand mode for desert excursions. Its intelligent drive system manages power between the motors and the 1.5L generator seamlessly, ensuring consistent performance even in high ambient temperatures.

Comfort & Cabin

The 7-seat configuration is designed for family logistics, featuring a flat-floor design that maximizes legroom in the second and third rows. The triple-zone climate control is built to handle 45°C+ heat, with dedicated air vents for all three rows ensuring every passenger remains cool. Tech is at the forefront with a 15.7-inch central screen and a 15.6-inch rear entertainment screen, powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 8155 chip for a lag-free experience.

Safety

Safety is comprehensive with a high-strength steel body and a full ADAS suite including adaptive cruise control, blind-spot monitoring, and autonomous emergency braking. These systems are particularly valuable for navigating fast-moving multi-lane traffic in Dubai and Riyadh. The 360-degree camera with a transparent chassis view provides extra security when maneuvering this large SUV in tight urban parking or over uneven gravel surfaces.

The bottom line

This brand-new ROX 01 is the perfect choice for a tech-forward family in the GCC who wants the rugged look of an off-roader with the extreme efficiency of a long-range electric vehicle.
