2018 BMW 4-series facelift documented

Looks like no BMW is safe from the updates, which in all fairness isn’t a bad thing. However, the 2018 BMW 4-Series update has been a long time coming, dating back to 2012!

2018 BMW 4-Series models benefit from a set of new LED headlights, fog lights and taillights although all three retain the same old shape. Reworked air intakes are visible along with a reshaped rear bumper.

Exterior paint options now include two new shades: Sunset Orange and Snapper Rocks Blue. These two eye-catching colours can be had with a set of redesigned 18 or 19-inch alloy rims on each corner.

The benefits continue inside with a newly designed steering wheel, three new upholstery colours and trims, a choice of chrome or aluminium detailing and double stitching surrounding the instrument panel.

2018 BMW 4-Series are equipped with the brand’s latest infotainment system with larger control areas.

Underneath the skin, BMW has tweaked the suspension to give the entire range a sportier feeling without removing the comfort factor.

No changes are reported underneath the bonnet as both the straight four and six-cylinder motors remain to power the rear wheels.

All of the updates mentioned above are applied to the Gran Coupe four-door, two-door coupe and convertible versions of the 2018 BMW 4-Series.

As for the M4 variants, their engines also remain unchanged and are equipped with full LED rear taillights, adaptive front lights, the usual M touches and updated media console.

Can’t wait for the updated BMW 4-Series to launch later this year, we’ve got new BMW 4-Series and used BMW 4-Series for sale in Dubai, Sharjah and Abu Dhabi.
