2018 Porsche Panamera Sport Turismo breaks cover in Geneva

All of you out there who have been demanding Porsche to building a shooting brake version of the Porsche Panamera have finally been given what want. We’ve seen numerous teases and renderings of the ‘extended’ model, but with the Swiss Motor Show in full swing, the 2018 Porsche Panamera Sport Turismo makes its grand debut to the world.

While the vehicle doesn’t drift too far away from the 2017 Panamera’s redesigned body. It’s new rear end sticks out and is not just a cosmetic attachment.

With the rear end addition, boot space increases to 520 litres. And with the rear seats folded flat, that number increases to 1,390 litres. Perfect! For those who love a spot of golf here and there and for those who have a shopping addiction.

That’s not all though. As for the first time in the Panamera’s lineup, Sport Turismo models will accommodate not two but three passengers in the rear, making it better suited for families with more than two kids.

Pricing for US customers has been announced. Base models start at $96,200 or AED353,330 for the Panamera 4 model, 4S models start at $109,200 or AED 401,100 and Turbo models starting at $154,000 or AED 565,600.

Once the 2018 Porsche Panamera Sport Turismo hits the market in the next few months, not only will it be the fifth model in the Panamera stable but also one of the fastest shooting brake/estate cars around with the top-tier Turbo model boasting 542 horsepower.

Until we receive confirmation of the elegant estate making its way to the GCC, we’ve got new Porsche Panamera and used Porsche Panamera for sale in Dubai, Sharjah and Abu Dhabi. There is even a 2017 model online!
