Limited 911 4 GTS lineup celebrates British Legends

Porsche have revealed a limited 911 4 GTS lineup of sports cars to celebrate British Legends.

Over the years, Porsche has racked up numerous wins in the gruelling 24 Hours of Le Mans. With 19 victories to their name, they are one of the most successful auto manufacturers on record. With drivers hailing from around the world, these 911 GTS 4 pay tribute to three legendary drivers from Britain.

Who inspired the 911 4 GTS British Legends?

Richard Attwood who won in 1970, Derek Bell who won no less than four times; 1981, 1982, 1986 and 1987 and Nick Tandy, who won in 2015.

All three legends are honoured with a bespoke spec inside and out. Customers can choose from three unique liveries inspired by the three while each vehicle is equipped with a Union Jack with the drivers signature and numbered decal to mimic the race-winning machine.

Each 911 4 GTS is fitted with Alcantara interior trim, carbon floor mats also with Alcantara trim, satin-finish black side mirrors and additional Alcantara wrapping the steering column case. Each and every model will be completed by hand and can be had with either a PDK dual-clutch automatic gearbox or a more hands-on traditional manual box.

Power is drawn from a flat-six cylinder twin-turbo 3.0-litre petrol engine driving each corner. Rated at 450 horsepower and 550 Nm of torque, the 911 4 GTS launches to 100 km/h in 3.6 seconds with the PDK transmission equipped.

This new lineup is co-developed by Porsche Great Britain and Porsche Exclusive Manufacturer. No price or availability has been announced
