Maybach tease upcoming S 650 Cabrio

Is the S 65 AMG not exciting and luxurious for you? Maybach has you covered with their latest creation known as the S 650 Cabrio which is set to be shown off in full in just a few days.

Unlike Maybach sedans that ride on an extended wheelbase compared to executive Mercedes S-Class models, the S 650 Cabrio appears to be the equal length as any S-Class convertible.

Sporting chrome trim around the front intakes, we expect the S 650 Cabrio to feature various luxurious features that can be found in and on its borrowed vehicle as well as bespoke touches from the luxury division complete with exclusive badges as well as top of the range safety options.

Powering the drop top is presumed to by a 6-litre V12 motor borrowed from the S 65 AMG with a slight kick added all while mated to a 7-speed automatic gearbox with paddles mounted behind the steering wheel for that sporty edge.

Oddly enough, the German brand did release information on fuel consumption with the beast sipping 12-litres of fuel per 100 kilometres.

Maybach latest treat is set to debut at the upcoming 2017 LA Auto Show. The luxurious division hasn’t announced when the executive Cabrio will launch and no price point has been specified either. All we know is that there will only be 300 of them built! Each one will bear an exclusive number lovingly etched into the centre console.

Looking for a sophisticated and ultra-luxurious German vehicle? We’ve got used Maybach for sale in Dubai and Sharjah.
