Summary

This 2011 Nissan Pathfinder LE is a quintessential family workhorse, balancing rugged body-on-frame durability with a premium equipment list. As the top-tier LE trim, it offers a more refined cabin experience than its stablemates, making it as capable on school runs as it is on desert weekend trips. With its proven V6 powertrain and GCC-specific cooling systems, this SUV is engineered to handle the region's high temperatures and long-distance highway hauls. While the mileage reflects its active life, the Pathfinder's reputation for longevity and the widespread availability of parts across the UAE make it a reliable choice for budget-conscious families. This white exterior also provides excellent thermal properties and holds the strongest resale value in the local market.

This Car vs Other 2011 Pathfinders

With 355,000 km, this vehicle has been a consistent companion for long-distance GCC travel, which is common for larger family SUVs in the region. While higher than average, this mileage is well-supported by Nissan's robust mechanical platform and a white exterior that remains the most sought-after color for heat reflection and resale stability in the UAE.

LE vs Lower Trims

The LE trim is the luxury flagship of the Pathfinder range, adding features that lower S and SV trims lack. It steps up the experience with leather upholstery, a premium Bose 10-speaker audio system, and a power sunroof. For the GCC climate, the LE provides enhanced comfort with a dedicated rear-seat climate zone and wood-grain interior accents that elevate it above the more basic work-oriented models.

Pathfinder vs Segment Rivals

The Pathfinder competes directly with the Toyota Prado and Mitsubishi Pajero, offering a unique middle ground with its car-like independent rear suspension paired with a rugged truck-based frame. It leads rivals in towing versatility and cargo flexibility with its truly flat-folding rear seats, providing more usable interior volume for family road trips between emirates.

Running Costs & Resale

Fuel consumption for the 4.0L V6 typically averages around 13.8 L/100km in mixed GCC driving conditions. Maintenance is straightforward thanks to one of the most extensive authorized service networks in the Middle East, ensuring parts are affordable and readily available from Abu Dhabi to Muscat. Nissan SUVs of this era maintain a steady 8-10% annual depreciation rate, benefiting from a high demand in the regional used market for reliable 7-seater vehicles.

Performance & Capability

The 4.0L V6 engine delivers a verified 266 hp, providing reliable power for highway overtaking and heavy loads. Built on a fully boxed steel frame, it boasts a 2,722 kg braked towing capacity, making it ideal for hauling trailers or boats. Its selectable 4WD system and high ground clearance ensure it remains highly capable for light desert excursions and gravel-path adventures across the Northern Emirates.

Comfort & Cabin

The cabin is designed for family logistics, featuring seven seats with a 40/20/40 split-folding second row and a 50/50 third row that fold completely flat. Comfort in the peak of summer is managed by a powerful air conditioning system with dedicated vents for all three rows. Premium touches in the LE trim include position memory for the driver's seat and mirrors, alongside an upgraded Bose sound system for an immersive audio experience.

Safety

Standard safety features on this LE trim include an Anti-lock Braking System (ABS), traction control, and electronic stability control, which are essential for maintaining composure on sand-blown highways. Passive safety is managed by a comprehensive airbag system including front-impact and side-curtain airbags. The vehicle's high-strength frame also provides a robust protective shell for all seven occupants during long-distance travel.

The bottom line

This Pathfinder LE is a smart choice for a large family needing a durable 7-seater that doesn't compromise on cabin tech, backed by the best service network in the region.
