Summary

This 2022 Nissan Patrol LE T2 is a standout opportunity for GCC buyers, offering exceptionally low mileage that is far below the regional average for its age. The black exterior remains one of the most sought-after colors in the UAE and wider Gulf market, ensuring excellent resale liquidity and a commanding presence on the road. As the high-output V8 variant, it delivers the 400 hp needed for effortless highway overtaking and serious desert capability that the V6 models can't match. For anyone looking for the ultimate balance of Japanese reliability and full-size luxury, this specific listing represents a nearly-new vehicle in its prime.

This Car vs Other 2022 Nissan Patrols

With only 14,000 km on the odometer, this vehicle has covered significantly less ground than the typical 40,000–50,000 km expected of a 2022 model in the GCC. This low usage means the mechanical components and interior surfaces remain in showroom-like condition, offering a major buying advantage. The black-on-tan or black-on-black combination is a perennial favorite in the local market, holding its value better than more niche colors.

LE T2 vs Lower Trims

The LE T2 trim is a significant step up from the T1, adding high-value features that GCC drivers prioritize, such as a power sunroof and a remote engine starter—essential for pre-cooling the cabin during summer. It also includes the convenience of a power tailgate and a wireless smartphone charger. Crucially, the LE designation ensures you get the 5.6L V8 engine, which offers 125 hp more than the entry-level V6 trims.

Nissan Patrol vs Segment Rivals

The Patrol leads rivals like the Toyota Land Cruiser 300 and GMC Yukon with its massive 140-litre fuel tank, providing superior range for long cross-border drives between Emirates or to neighboring GCC countries. Its Hydraulic Body Motion Control system offers a flatter, more composed ride on tarmac than the softer suspension setups found in American competitors. While the Land Cruiser focuses on utility, the Patrol's dual-screen infotainment and cabin materials often feel more aligned with luxury-segment expectations.

Running Costs & Resale

Real-world fuel consumption for the 5.6L V8 typically averages between 16–18 L/100km in mixed GCC driving, though long highway cruises can see this improve toward 13 L/100km. Service intervals are standard for the region at every 10,000 km or 6 months, supported by the most extensive authorized service network in the Middle East. The Patrol retains its value exceptionally well, typically depreciating only 8–10% annually, which is significantly better than European luxury SUVs in the same price bracket.

Performance & Capability

The 400 hp V8 engine allows this 2.8-ton SUV to reach 100 km/h in just 6.3 seconds, providing the muscle required for sand dune bashing or towing up to 3,500 kg. The specialized 4WD system includes selectable modes for Sand, Mud, and Rock, paired with a rear differential lock for genuine off-road dominance. A high ground clearance of 273 mm ensuring it can navigate deep desert tracks and high city curbs with equal ease.

Comfort & Cabin

The cabin is designed for extreme GCC temperatures, featuring a powerful triple-zone climate control system and a factory-fitted cool box in the center console for beverages. The three-row layout comfortably seats seven adults, with the LE T2 trim offering premium leatherette upholstery and excellent acoustic insulation to block out desert wind noise. Long-distance comfort is aided by 8-way power-adjustable seats and a smooth 7-speed automatic transmission.

Safety

The LE T2 comes equipped with a comprehensive safety suite including seven airbags and a 360-degree Bird's Eye View camera, making it easy to park this large SUV in tight Dubai or Riyadh malls. Standard driver aids include Intelligent Cruise Control for long highway stretches, Blind Spot Warning, and Forward Collision Warning with Emergency Braking. These active systems provide peace of mind in the fast-moving, multi-lane traffic typical of major GCC highways.

The bottom line

This is the ideal choice for a family or enthusiast who wants the prestige and power of the V8 Patrol without the new-car price tag, especially given its remarkably low mileage. It is a 'buy-and-forget' vehicle that offers both immediate luxury and long-term resale security in the local market.
