Summary

This 2023 Ford Bronco Wildtrak is a standout opportunity for GCC buyers, combining the agility of a 2-door chassis with the high-output twin-turbo V6 engine. Having covered 45,730 km, the mileage is perfectly average for a GCC-owned vehicle of this age, indicating it has been enjoyed primarily for regional commuting rather than extreme off-road endurance. The Blue exterior is a striking, high-demand choice that maintains strong appeal in the local used market compared to base-spec whites. This specific Wildtrak trim is the performance flagship of the lineup, optimized for high-speed desert running while remaining a manageable daily driver. For a buyer in the UAE or Saudi Arabia, this is the ideal specification for those who want the prestige of a Bronco with genuine dune-conquering hardware.

This Car vs Other 2023 Broncos

With 45,730 km on the odometer, this Bronco sits within the expected 20,000–25,000 km annual average for the GCC. While many 2-door models are kept as weekend toys with very low mileage, this unit's usage suggests a reliable mechanical history consistent with regular highway use between cities. Its GCC specification ensures the cooling system and air conditioning are factory-tuned for 45°C+ summer peaks.

WILDTRAK vs Lower Trims

The Wildtrak serves as the high-speed desert specialist, coming standard with the Sasquatch Package which includes 35-inch tires and beadlock-capable wheels that lower trims like the Outer Banks often lack. Crucially, it adds the Baja G.O.A.T. mode and high-clearance suspension with Bilstein position-sensitive dampers as standard. This trim also mandates the 2.7L V6 engine, providing a significant power jump over the 2.3L found in entry-level models.

Bronco vs Segment Rivals

When compared to the Jeep Wrangler Rubicon, the Bronco offers superior high-speed stability on GCC highways due to its independent front suspension. Its cabin technology and digital interface feel a generation ahead of the Toyota FJ Cruiser, which lacks the modern ADAS suite found here. The Bronco’s twin-turbo torque makes it a more effortless overtaker on the long stretches between Dubai and Abu Dhabi compared to naturally aspirated rivals.

Running Costs & Resale

Real-world fuel consumption for the 2.7L V6 typically averages between 11L and 13L/100km depending on how much time is spent in city traffic. Ford’s authorized service network is extensive across the UAE and Saudi Arabia, with parts readily available. The Bronco has shown exceptional value retention in the GCC market, often holding over 65% of its value after three years due to high local demand and the cult-classic status of the new generation.

Performance & Capability

The 2.7L EcoBoost V6 delivers 330 hp and a massive 542 Nm of torque, enabling a 0-100 km/h time of approximately 7.2 seconds—impressive for a vehicle with 35-inch tires. Its 292 mm of ground clearance and electronic locking front and rear differentials allow it to navigate soft sand dunes that would stop most luxury SUVs. The 10-speed automatic transmission is specifically tuned to keep the turbos in their power band during steep climbs.

Comfort & Cabin

Inside, the 4-seat layout provides a surprisingly modern environment with marine-grade vinyl seats and rubberized floors that handle sand and dust with ease. The air conditioning is remarkably powerful, a necessity for the region, and the cabin remains relatively quiet for a removable-top vehicle thanks to improved insulation. High-definition digital displays provide clear visibility even in the high-contrast midday sun of the desert.

Safety

Standard safety features on this Wildtrak include Ford's Co-Pilot360 suite, featuring Blind Spot Information System (BLIS) with Cross-Traffic Alert, which is essential for navigating fast-moving multi-lane GCC highways. It also includes Lane-Keeping Assist, Pre-Collision Assist with Automatic Emergency Braking, and a 360-degree camera system that provides vital visibility when maneuvering in tight urban parking or over sharp dune crests.

The bottom line

For the enthusiast who wants the most capable 2-door SUV in the market without sacrificing modern tech, this GCC-spec Wildtrak is a proven choice with a resale-friendly color and the right engine.
