• Adaptive air suspension with active ride-height control

Summary

This 2025 Nissan Patrol LE Platinum City represents the flagship of the all-new Y63 generation, offering a massive leap in technology and refinement over its predecessors. With the vehicle age at just 1 year, this example provides a significant saving over a showroom-fresh unit while maintaining a current, high-status road presence. The transition to the 3.5-liter twin-turbo V6 delivers 700 Nm of torque, ensuring effortless highway overtaking and superior desert performance. Finished in white, the most sought-after resale color in the GCC, it is perfectly equipped to handle the region's climate with advanced cooling tech and premium cabin materials. For the serious GCC buyer, this is the most technologically advanced Patrol ever built, bridging the gap between rugged utility and executive luxury.

This Car vs Other 2025 Nissan Patrols

With 74,076 km on the odometer, this vehicle's mileage is slightly higher than the typical GCC annual average of 25,000 km, reflecting active highway use across the Emirates. In the local market, high-mileage newer models often represent better mechanical value as they are frequently dealer-serviced and optimized for long-distance desert transit. The white exterior remains the strongest possible choice for heat reflection and future resale liquidity in the UAE and Saudi markets.

LE PLATINUM CITY vs Lower Trims

The LE Platinum City is the only trim to feature the sophisticated adaptive air suspension, which significantly improves ride quality over the coil-spring setup in the Titanium. Inside, it adds the 12-way power massaging driver seat and genuine quilted leather that replaces the leatherette found in lower grades. Technology is also peaked here with the 540-degree 'Invisible Hood View' camera and the full 12-speaker Klipsch premium audio system as standard.

Nissan Patrol vs Segment Rivals

The Patrol leads the Toyota Land Cruiser 300 and Lexus LX in cabin technology, specifically with its 28.6-inch Monolith dual-screen display. Its 3,700 kg towing capacity is class-leading for a factory-spec SUV in this segment, providing more headroom for heavy trailers than the Land Cruiser. The addition of Biometric Cooling also gives it a distinct advantage in the extreme summer heat, using infrared sensors to direct maximum airflow to hot passengers automatically.

Running Costs & Resale

The new 3.5L twin-turbo V6 is notably more efficient than the outgoing V8, returning approximately 10.1 km/L in mixed GCC conditions. Nissan's massive authorized service network across the UAE, Saudi Arabia, and Kuwait ensures that parts are readily available and maintenance is straightforward. Historically, the Patrol retains roughly 70-75% of its value over three years in the GCC, making it one of the safest automotive investments in the region.

Performance & Capability

The 425 hp twin-turbocharged engine delivers a massive 700 Nm of torque at just 3,600 RPM, allowing for a 0-100 km/h time of approximately 6.2 seconds. The intelligent 4WD system includes selectable modes for Sand, Rock, and Snow, paired with a rear locking differential for serious off-road excursions. The air suspension allows for a maximum ground clearance of up to 294 mm, ensuring it can clear obstacles that challenge most standard SUVs.

Comfort & Cabin

This 8-seater configuration features a flexible interior with a power-folding third row accessible via the infotainment screen. GCC-specific comfort is prioritized with tri-zone climate control, ventilated front seats, and a large cooled center console for beverages. The 64-color ambient lighting and 12.8-inch rear entertainment screens transform long cross-border drives into a premium lounge experience for all passengers.

Safety

Standard safety equipment on this flagship trim includes the full ProPILOT Assist suite with adaptive cruise control and lane-keeping assistance. It features an advanced 3D Around View Monitor with Moving Object Detection, which is essential for maneuvering such a large vehicle in tight urban parking. Unique to this generation is the Trailer Blind Spot Warning, providing an extra layer of security when utilizing the vehicle's high towing capacity on busy regional highways.

The bottom line

This is the ultimate choice for a family or executive buyer who wants the latest Japanese engineering and high-trim luxury without the wait for a new factory order. Its combination of the most powerful engine in the lineup and the specialized air suspension makes it the most capable daily-driver currently available in the GCC SUV market.
