Aventador Successor stats will blow you away!

Lamborghini has already stated they plan to keep the mighty V12 in production for a few more years. With their current flagship model utilising such a large motor, what about the future? What about the Aventador successor?

While nothing has been set in stone, rumour has it the unnamed Aventador successor will arrive just in time for 2020 and will boast a serious power increase from a new motor.

Power is said to be drawn from a massive 7-litre V12 estimated to produce a whopping 800 horsepower! 110 more than current models and 60 more than the limited run of SuperVeloce vehicles.

If that doesn’t suit your needs, a range-topping version will house not only the new engine but two electric power units. Together, they’ll produce a mega 1,000 horsepower if not more and 1,198 Nm of torque.

Additionally, the Aventador successor could be offered with a plug-in hybrid V8 drivetrain rated at a respectable 700 horses.

Huracan replacement will line up alongside Aventador successor

Huracan fans will have to wait a while before the model is replaced as we’ve previously posted that up to seven different variations of the car or on the way in multiple guises including an off-road version.

As for its successor, reports suggest that the V10 5.2-litre motor will be replaced by a 4-litre V8 sourced from Porsche. Base models are said to pack 650 horsepower whereas top trim models will pack north of 900 horses!
