Final Mercedes-Maybach G650 heading to auction

You would have thought each and every Mercedes-Maybach 650 was sold to a select group of clients around the world. As it appears, there is one remaining and it belongs to the German brand who built them.

Instead of selling it off to a customer, Mercedes-Maybach will auction off the last remaining G650 Landaulet and will be the first ever to roll into an auction house.

When can you start bidding on the Mercedes-Maybach G650?

Zoute auction will be handling the elegant yet beastly off-road machine on October 6th. As the vehicle draws attention where ever it may be, sources predict the model will be sold at a higher price than it was sold to customers.

Buying one directly from Mercedes costs €630,000 or AED 2,774,38, however, we’ve seen one listed for sale for a cool €1.3 million or AED 5,724,914.

Powering each corner is a 6.0-litre turbocharged V12 petrol engine rated at 630 horsepower. The model also features locking differentials, portal axles and it towers over the standard G-Wagen boasting an impressive 450mm of ground clearance.

Not only is the Mercedes-Maybach G650 powerful, it’s quite spectacular when it comes to the cabin especially for rear passengers.

Instead of a three-seat arrangement, two plush leather seats are split by a flowing centre console. Here passengers can keep their drinks heated, kick back and enjoy a movie.

Additionally, there’s a rear partition window, for a little privacy when needed.

Dubicars.com has new Mercedes-Benz G-Class and used Mercedes-Benz G-Class for sale in Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman and Abu Dhabi.
