2018 Infiniti QX80 facelift revealed before DIMS

With the Dubai International Motor Show just days away, Infiniti just couldn’t wait that long as they have officially revealed the 2018 Infiniti QX80.

Inspired by the QX80 Monograph concept, the ultra-luxurious SUV benefits from a fresh face including a bold front grille with redesigned headlights sitting either side and new air intakes sitting just below.

Around the back, the 2018 Infiniti QX80 benefits from a revised rear bumper while the tailgate receives a new chrome strip connecting the redesigned taillights.

20-inch alloys are standard, however, customers can swap those out for an enlarged set of 22-inch alloys instead.

Inside, it may appear to have been lifted from the Nissan Patrol or new Armada but Infiniti have added a touch of class to their version.

Redesigned cup holders, new wood trim and a restyled instrument panel are evident up front, while larger displays for the rear entertainment system can be found on the rear. Completing the list is new black carpeting and additional insulation for a quieter ride.

Power is drawn from a familiar 5.6-litre V8 petrol engine that generates 400 horsepower and 560 Nm of Torque. Mated to a seven-speed automatic gearbox, customers can choose between rear-wheel drive as standard or the more engaging four-wheel drive option.

2018 Infiniti QX80 and more
