2017 Bentley Continental spotted in Germany

Summer is upon us, and all auto manufacturers are prepping their next latest and greatest machines. While some tend to apply heavy camouflage such as Mercedes-Benz and their E-Class others like Bentley, have used a slightly smaller amount to give use a glimpse of what’s to come.

Spotted tearing up the Nurburgring in Germany, 2017 models appear to be heavily influenced by the Bentley EXP 10 Speed 6 Concept. Notably the front lights and aggressive front grille. On top of the lights, the front end is wider than current generation models with more refined rear taillamps.

2017 Bentley’s aren’t expected to debut until early next year, possibly at the Geneva motor show. If you are looking for a sophisticated luxury coupe, we’ve got plenty of new Bentley Continental GT and used Bentley Continental GT for sale in Dubai, Sharjah and Abu Dhabi.

Earlier in June, a 2017 Bentley Continental GTC was also caught testing on the infamous race track putting in some power lap with similar exterior changes to the coupe model.

Both test models are equipped with a W12 6.0-litre motor which means the 12 cylinder motor sticks around for a few more years. The V8 is expected to return, and a hybrid drivetrain is set to join the line up shortly after launch.

Upon entering the next generation, 2017 Bentley Continental models will utilise the MSB Platform. Comprised of multiple materials, it improves weight distribution equating to better handling, efficiency and overall performance. This platform also makes it’s way onto the 2017 Porsche Panamera and Audi A8.
